What would happen if you didn't have to sleep?
Currently it seems that time is not enough to do everything we want, we live in a repetitive cycle of tasks to meet our basic needs, every day, most of the time, we want to do several things, between work, home, children if you have them, distract, learn to do something, or increase knowledge by taking courses, or increase our knowledge by taking courses, but time consumes us, we can hardly finish the work day, do some things and then sleep because we have to rest for the next day to try to fulfill what we have to do and see if this time we can do something different or what we are passionate about.
If I didn't have to sleep, what would happen?
Forgetting that sleep is necessary for the body and mind, if I didn't have to sleep in theory I would have approximately 8 hours more to do other things after the activities described above.
So I could spend time reading a long-overdue book that I recently dusted off again. I would like to be able to read frequently.
I would very possibly take some courses to learn or improve in my current job. As well as learning another language, I would like to learn to speak English... I like photography and would love to take a course to capture moments, I draw a little and would like to be able to practice enough to get better at those skills.

I would also dedicate some of that time to my blog, between work and routine in the last month I have reduced the time to write and improve in that sense, because one of my desires is to be a good writer for my blog...
To go out and enjoy friends and especially family, although my work is at home, that does not guarantee that I am present in many things, there are conversations, laughter, hugs that have to have their time and although they are present I would like not to be in front of the computer in my occupations to be able to receive and give them better ...
Time for me, all of the above is for me, but I mean another kind of time, bathing without haste, drinking coffee with tranquility, contemplating the space, listening to nature carefully, without thinking that I am wasting time instead of being at the computer doing something productive...
We forget that those moments are also productive and necessary because the body, mind and spirit need it....
If I didn't have to sleep maybe I could do all those things or more, however it's all about organizing time better and dedicating the right amount of time to each thing or activity to try to make the most of it and be more productive.
