WOW, reading about your experience with someone in your circles stepping away from life, is a bit surreal to me at this point. After something I read on X (aka Twitter) yesterday, I decided I needed to create a post, something to do with someone stepping away from life very soon and all the fuss that it caused. And then I read your post this morning. Anyways, that 'story' is in the planning phase and will hit the blockchain sometime this coming days/week or so.
Your call to all of us to be more involved with people around us, show more interest, checking up on people we may feel need such, is sooo nice. I agree, we should take more notice of the people around us. That said, I do very much wonder if we have the power to turn events for people who are planning to step away from life. Mostly it isn't about lack of attention someone takes such drastic measures. That doesn't mean, we shall not try and care for people, 100% agree.

I am beginning to thing about it myself @edje, there are certainly those who got all the attention they needed but still had to take such drastic decision. Meanwhile I appreciate your your detailed comment. I will certainly love to read that story of yours (it could trow more light on the matter), I will appreciate a notification with regards to the upcoming story if you don't mind.
