Hola queridos amigos de la comunidad ❤️ en esta ocasión les quiero compartir un poco de lo que fue mi fin de semana pasado, en donde aproveche el viaje a Puerto La Cruz Estado Anzoategui para realizar algunas compras que tenia pendientes. Cada vez que voy allí me emociona salir al centro (lugar donde están los locales y las tiendas), no solo para romper con la rutina, respirar aire libre, distraerme y despejar la mente sino también para aprovechar de hacer una que otra compra que tenga pendiente, ya que en mi ciudad natal el "CENTRO" me queda bastante lejos de casa. Y en el siguiente post les estaré compartiendo y mostrando un poco cuales fueron. Mas que compras innecesarias me gusta gastar mi dinero en cosas que realmente me hacen falta o que quizás le daré algún tipo de uso productivo, entre ellas empezando por un set de bandas elásticas de resistencia que, realmente quería para complementar mis rutinas y darle mas presión a la hora de realizarlas, y aunque no cuento con mancuernas pequeñas, estas bandas me las han recomendado mucho al lograr tener un efecto parecido que al cargar peso luego de un tiempo de usarlas.

Hello dear friends of the ❤️ community, this time I want to share with you a little bit of what was my last weekend, where I took advantage of the trip to Puerto La Cruz Anzoategui State to do some shopping that I had pending. Every time I go there I get excited to go downtown (place where the stores and stores are), not only to break the routine, breathe fresh air, distract myself and clear my mind but also to take the opportunity to do some shopping that I have pending, since in my hometown the "CENTER" is quite far away from home. And in the next post I will be sharing and showing you a little bit of what they were. More than unnecessary purchases I like to spend my money on things that I really need or that maybe I will give some kind of productive use, among them starting with a set of elastic resistance bands that I really wanted to complement my routines and give more pressure when performing them, and although I do not have small dumbbells, these bands have been highly recommended to me to achieve a similar effect as when carrying weight after a while of using them.

Como pueden ver en la bolsita incluía 5 bandas con diferentes intensidades de resistencia con sus respectivos colores y dibujos para identificarlas, estas se encontraban cubiertas con un papel de plástico transparente para protegerlas ya que pueden llegar a ser bastante frágiles si no se tiene cuidado. Su material es una goma muy flexible y varia en grosor dependiendo la intensidad que especifiquen los símbolos dibujados en cada una de ellas. Esto también incluía un pequeño manual de instrucción con algunos ejercicios de guía tanto para el tren superior como para el tren inferior. Una herramienta bastante buena y completa si deseas iniciar con algo de intensidad para tus futuros entrenamientos.

As you can see in the bag included 5 bands with different intensities of resistance with their respective colors and drawings to identify them, these were covered with a transparent plastic paper to protect them as they can become quite fragile if you are not careful. Its material is a very flexible rubber and varies in thickness depending on the intensity specified by the symbols drawn on each one of them. This also included a small instruction manual with some guiding exercises for both the upper and lower body. A pretty good and complete tool if you want to start with some intensity for your future workouts.

Como les explique anteriormente, estas bandas vienen por colores, símbolos y grosor dependiendo la resistencia que quieras realizar en un ejercicio, y se los mostrare a continuación...

🟢 El colo verde, es la mas baja en intensidad, la mas fina y fácil de manipular, en ella se dibuja 1 solo circulo blanco que indica la menor intensidad, mayormente son usadas por principiantes que se inician en el mundo fitness.

🔵 El color azul, es muy parecida a la verde ya que esta incluida en el grupo de menor resistencia, en ella se dibujan 2 círculos blancos que indican la resistencia en su segundo nivel, y aunque no es tan delgada y fina como la verde igual podría ser usada por principiantes o cualquier persona que desea iniciar con ejercicios físicos.

🟢 The green color, is the lowest in intensity, the finest and easy to manipulate, in it is drawn 1 single white circle indicating the lowest intensity, they are mostly used by beginners who are starting in the fitness world.

🔵 The blue color, is very similar to the green one since it is included in the group of lower resistance, in it 2 white circles are drawn indicating the resistance in its second level, and although it is not as thin and fine as the green one, it could be used by beginners or anyone who wants to start with physical exercises.

Las siguientes 3 representan un mayor grado de intensidad en la resistencia y estas son...

🟡 El color amarillo, esta banda en mi opinión es la mas usada ya que es la de mediana intensidad, ideal para acompañar nuestras rutinas y realizar ejercicios tanto de tren superior como inferior sintiendo ese extra que aportan las bandas con esa fuerza opuesta al movimiento.

🔴 El color rojo, una banda que por el color y el nombre ya nos podemos imaginar la resistencia que nos exigirá en el ejercicio, "Heavy" con 4 círculos blancos dibujados en ella y un grosor mucho mayor provocando un gran esfuerzo de nuestra parte en las rutinas, asegurando en nuestros músculos una sensación de picor y ardor al terminar.

⚫️ El color negro, "X-Heavy" la banda de mayor intensidad de resistencia con 5 círculos blancos dibujados en ella y la que, en mi opinión, es la que mas exige a la hora de realizar un determinado ejercicio, y aunque no la he usado aun me imagino el impacto que causa luego de usarla, pero si eres temerario y realmente buscas un verdadero reto físico esta banda es la indicada.

🟡 The yellow color, this band in my opinion is the most used as it is the medium intensity, ideal to accompany our routines and perform exercises both upper and lower body feeling that extra that provide the bands with that force opposite to the movement.

🔴 The red color, a band that by the color and the name we can already imagine the resistance that will require us in the exercise, "Heavy" with 4 white circles drawn on it and a much greater thickness causing a great effort on our part in the routines, ensuring in our muscles a stinging and burning sensation at the end.

⚫️ The black color, "X-Heavy" the band of greater intensity of resistance with 5 white circles drawn on it and the one that, in my opinion, is the most demanding when performing a certain exercise, and although I have not used it yet I can imagine the impact it causes after using it, but if you are reckless and really looking for a real physical challenge this band is the one.

Dejando a un lado el tema deportivo, mis siguientes compras fueron mas hacia el cuidado personal incluyendo algunos productos de belleza. Empezare por el maquillaje, y es que la verdad me gusta ser bastante sencilla y clásica a la hora de inclinarme hacia alguna marca famosa o tradicional que me funciona y le favorece mejor a mi piel, en mi caso tengo varias que por experiencia ya llego derecho a pedirlos a la vendedora, estos 3 productos que compre ya se me habían acabado y me hacían mucha falta porque son esenciales hasta para el maquillaje mas natural, un rimel o mascara de pestañas, un polvo compacto y una pintura labial. También a esto pensé en aprovechar de añadir a la compra dos esmaltes y una acetona para arreglar y pintar mis uñas, algo que no suelo hacer con mucha frecuencia pero que no esta demás hacer para lucirlas mas llamativas y bonitas, sobre todo si las tienes que mostrar en fotografías de tutorial para un acabado mas estético o para alguna salida especial. Una agua de rosas que es un tónico buenísimo para la piel de mi rostro y cerrar poros. Y algo que también llamo mi atención fue un shampoo ideal para cabello teñido como el mio del que les estaré explicando mejor mas adelante.

I will start with the makeup, and the truth is that I like to be quite simple and classic when it comes to leaning towards a famous or traditional brand that works best for me and favors my skin, in my case I have several that by experience I go straight to ask the seller, these 3 products I bought I had already run out and I really needed them because they are essential even for the most natural makeup, a mascara or mascara, a compact powder and a lipstick. I also thought of adding two nail polishes and an acetone to the purchase to fix and paint my nails, something that I don't do very often but it's not a bad thing to do to make them look more attractive and beautiful, especially if you have to show them in tutorial pictures for a more aesthetic finish or for a special outing. A rose water that is a great tonic for the skin of my face and to close pores. And something that also caught my attention was a shampoo ideal for colored hair like mine that I will be explaining more about later.

El shampoo del que les hablo es un matizador, y tal como su nombre lo indica se encarga de darle el color deseado a nuestras mechas, con varias aplicaciones va actuando sobre el mechón con un tono amarillo hasta llevarlo a un tono mas platinado. Lo mas curioso fue el color, ya que fue una sorpresa para mi ver que el liquido que contenía el producto es de color morado, y luego de investigar descubrí que este color es el ideal par matizar el cabello teñido y convertir esos mechones amarillos a un lindo tono platinado. Se usa como un shampoo normal de costumbre solo que se debe aplicar una vez a la semana y dejarse en el cabello aproximadamente por 5 minutos, luego te lo retiras con abundante agua y si deseas te puedes aplicar tu acondicionador que normalmente usas. Varias personas me lo han recomendado que les ha funcionado y como aun tengo mechones de color amarillo no quise desaprovechar la oportunidad de probar hasta conseguir ese tono platinado que quiero.

The most curious thing was the color, since it was a surprise for me to see that the liquid that contained the product is purple, and after researching I discovered that this color is ideal to shade the colored hair and turn those yellow locks to a nice platinum tone. It is used like a normal shampoo but you should apply it once a week and leave it on your hair for about 5 minutes, then you remove it with plenty of water and if you want you can apply your normal conditioner. Several people have recommended it to me and since I still have yellow locks I didn't want to miss the opportunity to try it until I get the platinum tone I want.
