Por mi experiencia en la plataforma sé que un comienzo suele ser un poco complicado, porque debemos tener la perseverancia, constancia y la paciencia suficiente para obtener los resultados deseados.

From my experience on the platform I know that a start is often a little difficult, because we must have the perseverance, constancy and patience to obtain the desired results.

Son muchos los nuevos usuarios que suben contenidos de calidad, pero al no ser tomados en cuenta no logran progresar y sienten mucha frustración y falta de motivación para continuar y abandonan la plataforma, quizás algunos de estos pudo ser un gran creador de contenido y no lo consigue porque no fue bien asesorado o al menos tener los tips esenciales para iniciar.

There are many new users who upload quality content, but not being taken into account they do not manage to progress and feel much frustration and lack of motivation to continue and leave the platform, perhaps some of these could be a great content creator and does not get it because it was not well advised or at least have the essential tips to start.

Es por eso que es importante contar con iniciativas como la de nuestros amigos @theycallmedan y @victoriabsb denominada Adopta un plankton, dedicado a aquellas personas que se están iniciando y necesitan a un guía o mentor que los oriente en esta gran comunidad llamada HIVE, para unirnos y ayudarnos entre todos. Esta puede llegar de conocidos que ya tengan tiempo y experiencia en la plataforma para orientarte como fue mi caso.

That's why it's important to have initiatives like the one of our friends @theycallmedan and @victoriabsb called Adopt a Plankton, dedicated to those people who are starting out and need a guide or mentor to guide them in this great community called HIVE, to unite and help us all. This can come from acquaintances who already have time and experience on the platform to guide you as was my case.

Así que aquí les van mis pequeños consejos paso a paso al momento de realizar y elaborar un post:

So here are my little step-by-step advices when making and elaborating a post:

En el círculo rojo donde esta el lápiz debemos hacer clic para hacer nuestra publicación, es la parte principal para comenzar hacer lo que queremos.

In the red circle where the pencil is we must click to make our publication, it is the main part to start doing what we want.

Al hacer clic en él, se abre la siguiente vista, donde está la publicación que estamos haciendo en este momento (en mi caso, esta publicación).

➡️En la flecha azul ponemos el título.
➡️En la roja colocamos el contenido.
➡️En la flecha morada van nuestras etiquetas.
➡️La flecha naranja me indica la presentación de mi post, lo que se mostrara luego de ser publicado.
➡️Y finalmente la flecha verde que señala el botón azul para publicar.

(Una publicación que solo puedo hacer dedicada a las etiquetas correspondientes).

When you click on it, the following view opens, where the post we are making right now (in my case, this post) is.

➡️En the blue arrow puts the title.
➡️En the red one we put the content.
➡️En the purple arrow goes our labels.
➡️La orange arrow indicates the presentation of my post, which will be shown after it is published.
➡️Y finally the green arrow points to the blue button to post.

(A publication that I can only do dedicated to the corresponding tags).

Es importante conocer algunos códigos y comandos al momento de redactar nuestro post, éstos son los que yo más uso, los esenciales y necesarios para ayudarnos a ser más creativos en la elaboración del mismo.

It is important to know some codes and commands when writing our post, these are the ones I use the most, the essential and necessary ones to help us be more creative in the elaboration of it.

Para subir cualquier imagen de tu preferencia al post que estés realizando, puedes crear una cuenta en POSTIMAGEN, una vez allí solo tienes que hacer clic en el botón que señala la flecha azul. Una vez que cargue y se genere la imagen que deseas, copia el enlace desde "Enlace directo" como indica la flecha roja, y ese es el que pegarás en tu publicación.

To upload any image of your preference to the post you are making, you can create an account in POSTIMAGEN, once there you only have to click on the button pointing to the blue arrow. Once the image you want is uploaded and generated, copy the link from "Direct Link" as indicated by the red arrow, and that's the one you'll paste in your post.

Existen muchas comunidades para publicar nuestros post de temas generales como es el caso de GEMS y otras comunidades para temas en específico como OnChainArt y Sketchbook que son para dibujos o proyectos relacionados con arte. Así que al tener tu publicación preparada y lista solo queda investigar en la comunidad que te sientas mas identificado.

There are many communities to publish our posts on general topics such as GEMS and other communities for specific topics such as OnChainArt and Sketchbook which are for drawings or art related projects. So having your post prepared and ready, all that's left to do is research the community that you feel most comfortable with.

Ahora me gustaría darte mi recomendación sobre las etiquetas, al principio no lo tenia muy claro pero luego comprendi que se debe usar las primeras 5 (si usas peakd) con respecto a tu tema e idioma, por ejemplo para un dibujo podría ser #art #arte #drawing #dibujo #spanish y las otras 5 para comunidades referentes al tema (en el caso de un post de dibujo) #OnChainArt #Sketchbook #Creativecoin #Palnet #Neoxian. (Y si estas desde hive blog) usas 3 y 3 Respectivamente.
Puedes etiquetar a los curadores y ballenas como suelen llamarlos por acá como el caso de @appreciator, pero eso no quiere decir que ellos la revisen y te voten.

Para culminar la propuesta de esta iniciativa he decidido tener como mi plankton adoptado a @janet.urba. Ella es mi tia, una persona muy creativa en todo lo que hace, desde una sencilla manualidad hasta una deliciosa receta. En su última publicación no logró llamar suficiente la atención con su contenido, pero como ella misma lo dice: "aunque eso me desanima un poco no quiere decir que voy abandonar, al contrario, seguiré creando contenido porque me gusta, y me divierte hacerlo". Como somos parientes siempre trato de mantener comunicación con ella, es por eso que pensé en recomendarle a que se uniera a la plataforma. Primero para distraerse y divertirse creando y subiendo un sin fin de proyectos, y lo segundo pensando en la situación que tenemos todos lo venezolanos, tener una ayuda económica. Que mejor idea que tener un ingreso mientras comparte temas con todos nosotros.

To complete the proposal of this initiative I have decided to have as my plankton adopted @janet.urba. She is my aunt, a very creative person in everything she does, from a simple craft to a delicious recipe. In her last publication she did not manage to attract enough attention with her content, but as she says: "although this discourages me a little, it does not mean that I will give up, on the contrary, I will continue creating content because I like it, and it is fun to do so". As we are related I always try to keep in touch with her, that's why I thought of recommending her to join the platform. First to distract and have fun creating and uploading endless projects, and secondly thinking about the situation we all have as Venezuelans, to have an economic aid. What better idea than to have an income while sharing topics with all of us.

A partir de ese momento no he dejado de ayudarla, ni dejare de hacerlo, y aunque no tengo mucho tiempo en la plataforma considero que tengo los conocimientos básicos para comenzar y salir adelante, y que mejor manera que compartirlo con la familia.

From that moment on I haven't stopped helping her, nor will I stop, and although I don't have much time on the platform I think I have the basic knowledge to start and move forward, and what better way than to share it with the family.
