Today's recipe: Dip or cream of capers, onion and mayonnaise [ESP/ENG]

Antes que nada lo primero que voy hacer es poner en remojo las alcaparras y lavarlas bien hasta retirarle la sal, para ello colocaré algunas en un recipiente con suficiente agua por unos cuantos minutos, aquí la cantidad que le añadas dependerá de que tan grande quieres que sea tu crema, mientras continuamos con la receta.

Ahora pelaremos y lavaremos muy bien la cebolla, en mi caso como haré una pequeña cantidad, solo utilizaré media cebolla, pero si deseas agrandar la receta puedes doblar las cantidades.

Esto lo vamos a cortar en ruedas muy finas y luego en cubos bien chiquitos, tambien podrías usar para facilitar este paso un triturador eléctrico o simplemente puedes hacerlo de forma manual como les muestro en las imágenes.

Ya listo el paso anterior procedemos a retirar nuestras alcaparras del agua, las escurrimos y nos disponemos a cortarlas lo más pequeño que podamos, de las misma forma puedes usar un triturador eléctrico para apresurar o de forma manual con un cuchillo afilado.

Once the previous step is ready, we proceed to remove our capers from the water, drain them and cut them as small as we can, in the same way you can use an electric grinder or manually with a sharp knife.

Una vez terminado tendríamos cortados finamente la cebolla y las alcaparras, ya que así se disfrutará mejor la combinación de la textura de nuestros ingredientes de nuestro dip.

Once finished we would have finely chopped onion and capers, as this will better enjoy the combination of the texture of our ingredients of our dip.

Para el siguiente paso buscaremos un recipiente decorativo para servir nuestro dip, del material y forma que prefieras, y después añadiremos los ingredientes que picamos anteriormente, las alcaparras y la cebolla.

Mezclamos todo muy bien y procedemos ahora a agregarle la mayonesa, vamos agregarle la cantidad hasta que notemos que ésta tenga una consistencia homogénea y cremosa, así que mientras más generoso mejor 😁, volvemos a mezclar para integrarlo todo con una cucharilla de plástico.
