My goal.

Hi guys, I am @edwincj, and I am a newbie here on hive, and also in this great community, we have been given an assignment and I am here today to submit my answers, I am also part of the newbies initiatives.
My partner for this week is Cornelius okeoghene,

and his hive name is @corneliusoke , he is from a family of seven the first born of five children by his parents, am a Nigerian dark and slender.
He is an entrepreneur and his area of specialization are in event planner decoration and as an event planner between the year 2013 and the year 2018 he helped his boss manage the business since he was away for studies at the university of Ibadon.

My partners contribution.

My partner said that in order for us to grow on hive platform, we will need to be consistent and we will also need to create good and quality post of 300 words been the least.
He also said that we shouldn't be discouraged by some things like not getting votes, cause you don't know the post that will give you enough votes. He also said that we should be careful of the kind of words we use in blogging.

My contributions.

After hearing what my partner said, I contributed that in oder for us to grow more on hive platform, we should comment, vote, reblog, and also follow others in hive platform, by doing that, it would help to increase the number of our followers and those following us, it can also increase the number of vote in our blogs.

From the meeting which was being held on Sunday by @starstrings01 , I learnt many things and I understood what it meant to be smart and how to grow on hive platform. I learnt that smart could stand for this;
S= specific
M =measurable
A =attainable
R =relevant
T =time bound.
So in order to grow in hive platform, you will have to be smart, and in order to be smart you will have to be specific in the goals you want to achieve, you will also have to make sure that those goals are measurable, they mist also be attainable, and you should also set time bounds for achieving those goals.
After getting all this knowledge, I sat down and planned my goals for the next threr month, my present hive power(HP) is 26.315 hive, I planned that in the next three month , I will reach 250 hive power (HP), my followers are 35,

I also planned that in the next three month, my followers are going to be 150, in oder to achieve this, I will have to blog at least once a day, I will cimment, vote and reblog 5 post at least every day, I also planned to follow at least 3 people in two days, in order for me to get followers too.
I have set my goals and I wount back down till the time being set has reached, and I will also try to accomplish my goals. Thanks for stopping by.
