Primeramente lavamos los vegetales que vamos a utilizar en este caso la cebolla en rama, cebolla de cabeza, tomate, los picamos en tiras al igual que la mortadela.

Luego iniciamos con la preparación para eso agregamos en un sartén aceite y colocamos las cebolla que debemos sofreir hasta que estén doradas.
