En está oportunidad les traigo una preparación muy rica y súper sencilla de preparar ideal para consentir a nuestros hijos, con una merienda o desayuno diferente, aquí les cuento cómo prestar unas sabrosas Panquecas con chocolate.

• Harina de trigo
• Cacao en polvo
• Azúcar
• Huevo
• Mantequilla
• Vainilla
• Agua

• Wheat flour
• Cocoa powder
• Sugar
• Eggs
• Butter
• Vanilla
• Water

Preparation

• Primeramente agregamos en una taza o recipiente la harina de trigo con la cantidad que vamos a utilizar.

• First we add in a cup or container the wheat flour with the amount we are going to use.

• Luego agregamos un huevo junto con la harina de trigo.

• Then add one egg together with the wheat flour.

• Agregamos agua de manera simultánea y vamos mezclando sin dejar grumos.

• Add water at the same time and mix without leaving lumps.

• Agregamos cacao en polvo, mezclamos.

• Add cocoa powder, mix.

---

• Agregamos una cucharada de mantequilla, mezclamos.

• We add a spoonful of butter, mix.

• Agregamos un chorrito de vainilla, mezclamos.

• Add a dash of vanilla, mix.

---

• Agregamos azúcar al gusto, mezclamos.

• Add sugar to taste, mix.

• Una vez lista nuestra mezcla, ponemos a calentar un sartén, agregamos mantequilla o aceite.

• Once our mixture is ready, we heat a frying pan, add butter or oil.

• Agregamos nuestra mezcla según la cantidad que deseemos que nos queden nuestras panquecas.

• We add our mixture according to the amount we want our pancakes to be.

• Cocinamos por ambos lados y listo.
