[ESP/ENG] Preparando un rico chocolate caliente / Preparing a delicious hot chocolate

Greetings my dear friends of Foodies Bee Hive, I am happy to be here again in this wonderful community sharing simple, delicious recipes and the love for cooking that unites us.
En está oportunidad les traigo una preparación de una bebida que en lo personal me encanta hacer en casa en esos días cuando hay un clima frío, siempre que la hago le doy un toque especial que es de familia, aquí les presento como hacer un rico "Chocolate caliente".
In this opportunity I bring you a preparation of a drink that I personally love to make at home in those days when there is a cold weather, whenever I make it I give it a special touch that is family, here I present how to make a delicious "Hot Chocolate ".
Ingredients
- Cacao en polvo
- Leche
- Azúcar
- Harina de trigo o maizina (opcional)
- Agua
- Cocoa powder
- Milk
- Sugar
Wheat or corn flour (optional)- Water
Preparation
Primeramente comenzamos agregando agua en una olla, allí colocamos leche en polvo y cacao en polvo.
First we start by adding water in a pot, then we add powdered milk and cocoa powder.
Luego agregamos azúcar según nuestro gusto.
Then we add sugar according to our taste.
El siguiente paso es agregar en un recipiente un poquito de agua y allí colocaremos una cucharada pequeña de harina de trigo o maizina, lo revolvemos bien sin dejar grumos, esto es opcional pero en mi familia lo hacemos porque le da espesor al chocolate.
The next step is to add a little water in a bowl and place a small spoonful of wheat or corn flour in it, stir it well without leaving lumps, this is optional but in my family we do it because it gives thickness to the chocolate.
Agregamos la harina de trigo o maizina ya diluido a nuestra mezcla.
We add the wheat flour or corn flour already diluted to our mixture.
Colocamos en la cocina a fuego lento, mezclamos bien todo sin dejar ningún grumo.
Place on the stove over low heat, mix everything well without leaving any lumps.
Vamos mezclando hasta que nuestro chocolate hierva.
We mix until our chocolate boils.
Servimos y listo.
Serve and ready.
Disfrutamos una taza de un rico Chocolate caliente en un día frío.
We enjoyed a cup of a delicious hot chocolate on a cold day.
