Your life is something no one can live for you. It is completely your choice to either make it great or screw it up.
Leadership is not for some man or woman in a work place, it is you in every aspect of your life and how you tackle issues as they arise.
I think setbacks are beautiful because, they are pit stops that allows us to take a moment away from the rush and reaccess our assignations.
If the journey is smooth and without some setbacks it frustration, then it is in your mind and you haven't yet started.
Do not go out to the market square to vent out your frustration because, no one will hear you.
Vent your frustration on the role at hand by making sure you get it right.
I cannot imagine a father going to cry before his children that, he is hungry.
You must lead your life before someone else comes along to make it worth their while.
Always display a winning attitude even if the tears are seen flowing down your cheeks.

Setbacks is key towards achieving success. It's what reminds us that it's not the road is not always easy, and if it were everyone would bounce along. Setbacks help us appreciate all the time we got it easy.
