1 Penny - Elizabeth II

It has been quite sometimes that I share some of the coin that I have in my collection, and today what I have to share with you is the coin from England.

I am still not sure where did I get this coin, but I am happy that I have it, despite the bad condition that it is now. Mostly because of the way I store it, not so nice and proper.

I have this 1 Penny - Elizabeth II coin. As you can see below it is the reverse side of the coin.

and here is the observe side of the coin with the Third crowned portrait of Queen Elizabeth II right, wearing the George IV State Diadem, legend around., which unfortunately is really in a bad shape.

Yeah, it has been like 30 years ago, but for those like us, who spends time under the 2000, it still feels like a short few years isn't it?

This humble English coin seems to be getting common in Canada since I keep finding more of these left behind by the customers after using the Coin counting machine. This shows that there have been plenty of Brits coming over to visit in those years and Canadians visiting the UK. My non-silver collection continues to grow.

That is pretty interesing, I mean couldn't they differentiate the one that is from England and the one from Canada before they use the machine? but hey, as you said, that it is also a great sign that you are having a growing number of tourist from england. Mor emoney coming in. ;0
sorry for the late replay my friend.
