My Short-Term RisingStar Goal

Most of the time I don't have many goals or setting any goals in any works or game I have done on the Internet, because most of the time I failed fabulously, as I lost my mood or simply I can't keep up with my own goal.

This time I do hope I can do better for @risingstargame . My short-term goal is to open all the maps and also buying the 12 packs bundle with the starbits I earn playing the game. The 12 bundled pack cost 100.000 starbits. Currenty I earn almost 20.000 starbits, it is like 20% from my goals of 100.000 starbits to be able to buy the bundle packs.

I manage to open the next area on the game map, but I can't do the missions because I currently lack of fans. It seems I am not famous enough to the the interview. LOL
I even have to lure a drunken fans to be able to do the last mission in Home Town.

But I still don't understand how to form a band, can't find the band audition missions and also the manager missions.
please let me know, if you know how to unlock and do form the band.
