RETURNING BACK TO OFFICE : WORK, WORK AS USUAL, SAME CHALLENGE ALWAYS

Its time to go back to office, after an awesome of jollification, fun and frivolities, Responsibility calls, and i believe it will be wisdom if i respond as demanded.

I have been off from the office for over three weeks now, though the office activities was still operational but i was missing out of the activities within the four walls of the workshop.

Our Usual Challenges

Over the years we have been faced with many challenges of which some have been given solutions but many have not been given. We do believe that as long as life is available, all will receive solutions, this is what we do on daily bases, solving computer related problems, both hardware and software, at the beginning of a year like this we do as much as we can to clear the left over problems, most times we do have situations were the clients will register his/her work at the consultancy room but will take the fellow over a year to return back for the work to be delivered, some may have paid and some have not and will never come back to pay not to talk of reclaiming the system again.

What Next

Again we have done our best to relocate all the systems that have over stayed in the workshop to the storehouse, so as to create space for new incoming system that will be coming in for repairs, plans have been put on ground to help manage the situation and to avoid reoccurrence in the nearest possible future.

There is a new order that before a clients registers his or her work at the consultancy room, He should have been given the information that the maximum time frame that any work will stay with our company will be Four weeks, after the four weeks, what ever happens to the system is not our concern, we will treat it as scarab, and will not be responsible for it if you come there after, also we try to contact the fellow who brought the work, through the mobile contact that we got at the point of registering, in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Another Awesome Experiences

The beautiful thing about my return is that on my return, i happen to see new trainees at the office to start their training for the year, we normally do have new trainees who are coming in for data processing and the maintenance department. its a joyful thing that our little effort is yielding amazing result.

Having new trainees at this early days of the year is always good but very demanding because so much time will be needed to lay good foundation with the new trainees and as well go into clearing of the desk off the spillover of workload that was carried from last year.

all thanks to God for the new strength and grace, for the year, i promised to give my best to my office, family, health and hive in this very year, that my best is what will always be given at any given point in time.
