Cuando mis hijos nacieron vivíamos en un apartamento muy pequeño y desde chiquitos mis hijos me pedían insistentemente un perrito. Recuerdo sus expresiones y palabras. Decían que ellos bañarian y limpiarian los sucios del perro y que se encargarian de todo. Jajajaja 😏☺️😉

Qué inocencia verdad?. A veces me hacía la loca, o no les decía nada, para no herir sus sentimientos, y respondía que lo iba a pensar o que hablaríamos de eso luego. Creo que lo hice así, a ver si se les pasaba.

Y qué creen Ustedes?. No fue así. Un día me volvieron a hablar del perrito, pero les expliqué que debido a que nuestro apartamento era muy pequeño, no había condiciones para tener un perrito. Pero ellos siempre tenían otra respuesta.

En otra oportunidad les dije, que como trabajaba casi todo el dia y ellos estaban en el colegio haciendo sus actividades; el perrito se quedaría solo por mucho tiempo y quién lo cuidaría?. Siempre decían cómo solucionarlo. Entre sus argumentos, por ejemplo: -Mamá, todos mis amigos tienen perro; - mi amiguito Gabriel, vive en un apartamento y tiene un perrito-. Recuerdo que algunas navidades escribían en la carta al niño Jesús, que querían un perrito. No se cómo expresar aquí la emoción que reflejaban sus caritas cuando pedían tener un perrito. 😌😳

Pensaba que el hecho de tener una mascota, específicamente un perrito iba a demandar atención y cuidados que no podía brindarle y además dejarlo solo tantas horas de día no era conveniente. Y un perro es como una persona que hay que atenderla y darle amor, les decía muchas veces.

Al cabo de un tiempo, nuestra vida sin darnos cuenta cambió. Y por circunstancias familiares, mis hijos y yo tuvimos que trasladarnos a casa de mi mamá. Allí mis hijos y yo comenzamos otra etapa de nuestra vida. Para ese entonces mis hijos ya eran adolescentes.

Al poco tiempo mis dos hijos mayores Tomás y Gabriela; tomaron la decisión de irse del país a buscar mejores oportunidades. Cómo creen que me podia sentir?.

Mi hijo Gabriel el menor de los tres; un poco triste por separarse de sus hermanos, me dijo en esos días que le regalara un perrito y que ya estábamos en una casa Jajajaja, recuerdan eso?. Que sucedió?, Comencé preguntando a los amigos y vecinos, mi hijo consultando páginas por internet a las familias que daban perros en adopción. Hice todo lo posible. Pero no lográbamos encontrar uno. Cuando mi hijo lograba contactar con las personas que ofrecían, ellos ya habían dado el perro en adopción. 😭

Lo bueno se hace esperar. Julito, mi pareja se aparece un día en la mañana con algo. Adivinen? un cachorro. Que alegría 😊, no lo podía creer 😮. Llegó, llegó gritaba de la emoción!.

Que alegría 😊 invadió la cara de mi hijo Gabriel, indescriptible, saltaba de felicidad como un niño. Y cómo lo vamos a llamar? Le pregunté?, Fue todo muy rápido y todavía no lo habíamos decidido.

En cuanto al nombre fue muy cómico el día que intercambiamos y escogimos el nombre jajajaja, todavía lo recuerdo. Nos sentamos en el porche de la casa de mamá y el decía que lo iba a llamar como su jugador de baloncesto favorito de la NBA. Y yo hacía la simulación del nombre llamándolo, entre nombres y risas, así pasamos la tarde.

También tenía mis propuestas, jajajaja, hay un personaje de las películas que veíamos juntos cuando estaban más pequeños; que a mí me gustaba mucho. Recuerdan a "Logan", de X men?. Bueno al final de las propuestas ganó la mía 😀 jajajaja.

Así que nuestro perrito se llama Logan, llegó a nuestras vidas con dos meses de nacido. Le cuento que era muy tímido, ese día solo se quería quedar bajo los pies de Gabriel mi hijo y dormía con nosotros.

Logan es un perro muy obediente y juguetón, va conmigo para todos lados. Cuando me siento, el se sienta, hace lo mismo al acostarme. Ya no duerme en la cama. Pero si se acuesta en la entrada de cuarto jajajaja. Es mi compañerito. ❤️🐶

Es un excelente compañero. Me cuenta mi hijo que cada vez que salgo a hacer alguna diligencia, Logan se pone a llorar y pasa un rato en eso. Y cuando llegó el brinca de la emoción. Yo disfruto de tenerlo y mi hijo está muy feliz.

Cuántos momentos de alegría he tenido con Logan? Muchos. Mi hijo Gabriel lo entrena, ya busca la pelota 🏐y la trae para seguir jugando, el le dice que se siente y se sienta.
Cuando lo baño es dócil y tranquilo. Y cuando le toca la inyección también jajajaja. Sólo, que cuando ve la inyectadora se esconde jajajaja.

Mi hijo un día me dió la gracias por permitirle tener un perrito y me siento yo más agradecida por tener a Logan y verlo tan feliz. Mi gran superhéroe! Que logró traernos mucha alegría 😊 a nuestro hogar.
