Hola a todos mis queridos amigos de @hivesucre. Que gusto saludarlos en este día esperando que se encuentren bien en todos los ámbitos de la vida. En esta oportunidad les comparto una visita y recorrido por la plaza Bolívar de Cumaná, centro histórico, turístico y cultural de nuestra querida ciudad.

Me siento muy emocionada por disfrutar como cumanesa de este lugar que hace homenje y tributo constante a nuestro Ilustre Libertador Simón Bolívar. Esta plaza es el sitio más emblemático de Cumaná por encontrarse ubicado en el Centro del Casco Histórico, recordándonos la Libertad e Independencia de nuestro país.

Hello to all my dear friends of @hivesucre. What a pleasure to greet you on this day hoping you are well in all areas of life. In this opportunity I share with you a visit and tour of the Bolivar Square of Cumana, historical, tourist and cultural center of our beloved city.

I feel very excited to enjoy as a Cumanesa of this place that makes homage and constant tribute to our Illustrious Liberator Simon Bolivar. This square is the most emblematic site of Cumana for being located in the center of the historic center, reminding us of the freedom and independence of our country.

Desde que llegué a la plaza pude observar las hermosas decoraciones Navideñas y lo bien mantenida que se encuentra hoy en día. Todos los alrededores estaban muy limpios. Los jardines y áreas verdes en general impecables. Además de estar cuidada y protegida por personal de seguridad. Éste último aspecto me dió confianza para sacar mi telefono celular y tomar fotos. Además de encontrarme con un amigo policía de mi infancia.

Es importante resaltar que esta plaza siempre ha sido referencia y lugar para celebrar eventos y fechas de relevancia histórico y cultural. Continuamente instituciones gubernamentales homenajean y recuerdan con actos protocolares todos los hechos históricos que dieron origen a lo que somos hoy en día un pueblo con Libertad gracias al más grande e ilustre héroe de la patria.

From the moment I arrived at the square I could see the beautiful Christmas decorations and how well maintained it is today. All the surroundings were very clean. The gardens and green areas in general were impeccable. In addition to being cared for and protected by security personnel. This last aspect gave me the confidence to take out my cell phone and take pictures. Besides meeting a policeman friend from my childhood.

It is important to highlight that this square has always been a reference and place to celebrate events and dates of historical and cultural relevance. Government institutions continually pay homage and remember with protocol acts all the historical facts that gave rise to what we are today a people with freedom thanks to the greatest and most illustrious hero of the country.

De igual manera los habitantes y visitantes que pasan por esta significativa e importante Plaza toman sus respectivas fotos y hacen un recorrido por sus alrededores y sitios cercanos representantivos y culturales de este Centro Histórico. Hoy en día se reúnen estudiantes, personas que desean distraerse, encuentros de comunidades, eventos especiales entre otros que diariamente hacen vida en esta plaza.

Me sorprendió ver que habían pintado la fachada de muchas sitios históricos, culturales y recreacionales que se encuentran alrededor de este lugar. Resaltando la importancia que tienen para nuestra ciudad. Además que pronto tedremos la celebración del día de Cumaná. Fecha importante en la que debemos reflexionar y darle entre todos un cariñito a nuestro querida ciudad Cumaná.

In the same way the inhabitants and visitors who pass by this significant and important Plaza take their respective photos and take a tour of its surroundings and nearby representative and cultural sites of this Historic Center. Nowadays students, people who wish to have fun, community meetings, special events, among others, meet daily in this square.

I was surprised to see that they had painted the facade of many historical, cultural and recreational sites that are around this place. Highlighting the importance they have for our city. Besides that soon we will have the celebration of the day of Cumaná. Important date in which we must reflect and give everyone a little love to our beloved city Cumana.

La imponente escultura de nuestro Libertador Simón Bolívar en el Centro de esta Plaza es el símbolo del triunfo por la independencia. Que a través de los años se ha mantenido. Los espacios, caminerias, bancos han sido restaurados mejorando su aspecto y belleza. Asi que disponenemos de una Plaza Bolívar en nuestra ciudad digna de ser visitada. Cada ciudadano tiene el deber de proteger, cuidar y con ello honrar las hazañas y logros de nuestro héroe.

Amigos ha sido un placer compartir con ustedes este paseo y recorrido por este espacio tan importante de Cumaná y que nos regala a la vista el paisaje armónico de todos los elementos que forman este patrimonio Histórico y Cultural. Gracias por compartir y disfrutar conmigo de este grato paseo.

The imposing sculpture of our Liberator Simón Bolívar in the center of this Plaza is the symbol of the triumph of independence. Through the years it has been maintained. The spaces, walkways, benches have been restored improving its appearance and beauty. So we have a Plaza Bolivar in our city worthy of being visited. Every citizen has the duty to protect, care for and thus honor the feats and achievements of our hero.
