[Monomad] Pasie Jalang Beach: Expressions & Emotions Between Siblings, Or Is It a Rivalry?

Hello #hive lovers..

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge hosted and curated by @monochromes

We visited Pasie Jalang Beach last Sunday. This beach also nearby located at Lhok Nga Beach, Aceh Besar. This beach is known for its beautiful white sand beaches and is always crowded on #weekends. However, I believe many #hivers have already mentioned the beauty of this beach. This is about the story of my children's expressions there.

Everyone must have experienced the most fun and happy things in life. Now is the time when you can live in harmony and have a heartfelt relationship with your parents, siblings, relatives, and friends. This is inseparable from the teachings of parents to children about mutual love and respect for one another. Well, childhood is the warmest time to establish family relationships with relatives. Childhood is also a pure expression of love.

Expressions are expressions of emotions that can sometimes be read and understood on the spot or can only be seen objectively through clear understanding. In other words, it is between these two siblings. In fact, there is almost always competition between siblings and it is very common. Sometimes there is a feeling of discomfort between brothers and sisters, but this is very human. Additionally, we all have a desire for something. Therefore, herefore, brothers and sisters sometimes compete because of their closeness.

As parents, we must be able to identify and distinguish these expressions. Likewise, if the expression and emotion are positive, then the situation is favorable. But sometimes we have to be alert to every signal sent by the child. Please do not let the child's emotions be pent up because we are unable to dig them up or because we are aware they are there. Children are not trained to channel feelings, and sometimes pent-up emotions are expressed in body language or facial expressions. In order to recognize it as early as possible, one way is through the introduction of expressions from a photograph.

As we have often heard the adage "a picture is worth a thousand words". This is an adage in multiple languages meaning that complex and sometimes multiple ideas can be conveyed by a single still image. This conveys its meaning or essence more effectively than a mere verbal description. In this way, parents can use photos to introduce their children to expressions and emotions via the faces in photos.

Some of these photos portray a sister and brother who share similar expressions of love, closeness, and understanding. I tried to capture their expressions while at Pasie Jalang beach. In the water, they were jumping on each other and watching their expressions while resting on the sand. Yes, I deliberately captured it. At leisure, I walked up to the two and told them how compact they looked in a photo. I also asked them how satisfied they looked after they bathed together.

Showing both of them how close they are and how handsome they look together. I did this to reduce the rivalry between the two. Indeed, as I said above, it is natural to have a rivalry, but the rivalry is not to give each other stereotypes about who is superior or inferior. Through the photo, I taught both of them that in their current environment, each of them has a 'stage' according to their respective interests and abilities. By comparing the two intensely, the wall of rivalry will subside and each child will be able to understand the other. Every child is unique, so it's unfair for them to be compared to their siblings or friends.

It seems that the expression on the siblings' faces in this photo is very special. This is especially after I tried to photograph a shot of them playing and resting so close together. Showing that will make children understand the strengths and weaknesses of each child, so that in the end, even though differences still exist, then as much as possible they also understand that children can work well together.

As a result, #photography can be an effective tool for parents to discover their children's expressions and emotions, as well as an effective tool for children to compete well without stereotyping them.

Thanks for visiting my blog and supporting my post. If you have any corrections to make to my post, please let me know your opinion, and feel free to comment below. All my #photography was taken by me using Canon 800D. Thank you, Black And White Community. God bless us.

Beautiful photos. I like photography on the beach, but there is no sea in my city and province

Well, all places have their own beauty. My place is beautiful, but this sea and beach once witnessed the devastating 2004 earthquake and tsunami. This means that beauty can also be lost due to the power of nature. Maybe in your place there is no sea and beach, but you have mountains and coolness there. right?
