Es mi primera vez escribiendo para esta comunidad, pero sé que me verán seguido por acá, porque el skincare es un tema que me apasiona y conozco la importancia que tiene cuidar nuestra piel.
Desde la adolescencia he tenido graves problemas de acné, fue un proceso muy duro que me convirtió en una mujer estricta con su rutina de skincare, y también en una obsesionada con el tema😬 Después de bastante tiempo, constancia y mucha paciencia, mi piel se siente sana y luce mejor, y aunque es una historia que me encantaría detallarles más adelante, por ahora les traigo mi rutina actual de skincare que me ayuda a mantener saludable mi piel🥰✨
Mi rutina de skincare se divide en dos: la matutina y la nocturna. En la mañana me encargo de proteger, y en la noche de reparar, por esta razón hay algunos cambios en los productos según la hora del día. ¡Así que comencemos!🔥

This is my first time writing for this community, but I know you will see me often here, because skincare is a topic that I am passionate about and I know how important it is to take care of our skin.
Since I was a teenager I have had serious acne problems, it was a very hard process that turned me into a strict woman with her skincare routine, and also into an obsessed with the subject😬 After enough time, constancy and a lot of patience, my skin feels healthy and looks better, and although it is a story that I would love to detail you later, for now I bring you my current skincare routine that helps me to keep my skin healthy🥰✨
My skincare routine is divided in two: morning and night. In the morning I take care to protect, and in the evening to repair, for this reason there are some changes in the products according to the time of the day. So let's get started!🔥
La limpieza es el paso más importante en el cuidado de la piel, porque ¿cómo podrían ser efectivos los productos si no pueden penetrar adecuadamente las capas de la piel? Por eso debemos retirar todas las impurezas que se van acumulando (y que ocasionan mucho daño), antes de agregar algo más.
En la mañana utilizo este limpiador de la marca Nivea, debido a que es sumamente refrescante y me ayuda a despertar. Es fundamental que usemos productos de acuerdo a nuestro tipo de piel, así que está hecho para pieles mixtas a grasas. Me ayuda a retirar los productos que haya aplicado en la noche, y a reducir el exceso de grasa. Además, tiene unas pequeñas partículas que sirven como exfoliantes, y aunque los exfoliantes físicos no son mis favoritos, este apenas se siente, quizás eso junto a su fórmula a base de algas marinas es lo que ayuda que sea tan refrescante🤔
Por otro lado, en la noche empleo uno de mis productos favoritos, el Foaming Facial Cleanser de CeraVe. Desde la primera vez que lo utilicé lo amé, siento que mi piel queda muy limpia, y los limpiadores espumosos son ideales para remover la grasa. Sé que debo comprar un agua micelar para desmaquillarme, pero mientras tanto este retira el maquillaje muy bien. Además, es importante fijarnos en los ingredientes de los productos, pero confío en las fórmulas de esta marca, y si dice que contiene ceramidas, niacinamida y ácido hialurónico para proteger la barrera de la piel, sé que es así😌
Cleansing is the most important step in skin care, because how can products be effective if they can't properly penetrate the skin's layers? That's why we need to remove all the impurities that build up (and cause a lot of damage) before adding anything else.
In the morning, I use this Nivea cleanser because it is so refreshing and helps me wake up. It's essential that we use products according to our skin type, so it's made for combination to oily skin. It helps me to remove the products I applied at night, and to reduce excess oil. Also, it has some small particles that serve as exfoliators, and although physical exfoliators are not my favorite, this one is barely felt, maybe that along with its seaweed based formula is what helps it to be so refreshing🤔
On the other hand, at night I use one of my favorite products, CeraVe's Foaming Facial Cleanser. From the first time I used it I loved it, I feel like my skin gets so clean, and foaming cleansers are great for removing oil. I know I need to buy a micellar water to remove my makeup, but in the meantime this one removes makeup very well. Also, it's important to look at the ingredients of the products, but I trust the formulas of this brand, and if it says it contains ceramides, niacinamide and hyaluronic acid to protect the skin barrier, I know it does😌

Los sueros son productos que contienen una considerable concentración de un activo, y este último son ingredientes que permiten combatir necesidades específicas de la piel.
En mi caso, una persona que sufrió un grave caso de acné, tengo que luchar contra las marcas que quedaron, además, de equilibrar la grasa de mi piel para reducir el acné. Por eso, adoro la Niacinamida, cumple con esas dos necesidades y muchas otras más. Ha sido mi producto "milagroso" desde hace dos años.
Desde hace algunos meses estoy usando este suero de Niacinamida de las fórmulas magistrales de Farmatodo, y he estado satisfecha, se absorbe rápidamente, ayuda a regular el sebo en la piel, rebaja las espinillas que aparecen con los cambios hormonales y se han aclarado las manchas actuales🥺

🌸Paso 3. Crema Hidratante || Step 3. Moisturizing Cream🌸
Luego de esperar un momento para que el serum se absorba bien, la crema hidratante ayuda a terminar de sellarlos. Al igual que los limpiadores, utilizo dos diferentes según el horario🤭 En la mañana tengo esta crema de Pond's que compré en Farmatodo, es a base de Vitamina B3 (niacinamida), así que no solo ayuda a tener un tono uniforme en la piel, sino que también tiene un acabado mate, lo cual yo considero ideal para mi piel grasa. Deja una sensación suave, y se absorbe rápido. Además, es compatible con el maquillaje. La amo, y estoy cayendo en desesperación porque se está acabando😬
En la noche uso esta crema de Aloe Vera, de la marca Bacc. Los productos en gel también son perfectos para piel grasa, y el aloe vera es otro ingrediente que amo (y aquí está a un 92%). Tal cual como dice en su presentación, este gel hidrata, controla la grasa, aclara manchas y más. También la encontré en Farmatodo (que quede claro que es una de mis tiendas favoritas💞), y aunque personalmente no me gustan los productos de skincare con olores fuertes, esta es la excepción porque no me puede faltar por lo fabulosa que es.

🌸Paso 4. Protector Solar || Step 4. Sunscreen🌸
Obviamente, es un paso que solo aplico en mi rutina matutina, y es algo sumamente indispensable. La exposición constante y prolongada al sol puede causar diferentes daños en nuestra piel, y sinceramente es algo que me molesta, siempre estoy tratando de taparme del sol.
Estoy buscando un buen protector solar a base de gel, pero este regalo que me dio mi madre me sirve mientras tanto. Este protector solar de Bioderma, con SPF100, es en crema y tiene un poco de color, al principio pensé que no me iba a funcionar porque mi tono de piel es oscuro, pero la verdad no se nota, y luce como una base muy ligera. No es de muy rápida absorción, pero luego de masajear la piel ya no se ve, y deja una sensación suave.
Es resistente al agua, así que no se va a caer si sudas, pero importante reaplicarlo durante el día. Y por favor, no te expongas tan seguido al sol, huye por la sombra☀

This sunscreen from Bioderma, with SPF100, is cream and has a little bit of color, at first I thought it wouldn't work for me because my skin tone is dark, but the truth is it's not noticeable, and it looks like a very light foundation. It's not very fast absorbing, but after massaging it into the skin you can't see it anymore, and it leaves a soft feeling.
It's water resistant, so it won't fall off if you sweat, but important to reapply during the day. And please, don't expose yourself so often to the sun, run for the shade☀

He aprendido que en el skincare, a veces, lo menos es más. Y una rutina sencilla puede ayudar un montón. Además, como mi misión actual es mantener mi piel tal como está, no necesito una gran variedad de productos, con los que uso es suficiente. Sin embargo, siempre debemos tener mucha atención a las necesidades de nuestra piel, e ir agregando los productos que se necesiten en específico.
Por eso, cada cierto tiempo, me gusta darme un amor extra. Con mascarillas y exfoliantes💕 En las mascarillas a veces me gusta prepararlas con ingredientes naturales, como avena o aloe vera (más adelante te puedo enseñar) pero también me gusta comprarlas (sí, en farmatodo😂), después de un día difícil y agotador se siente muy bien acostarse por media hora con una mascarilla para tu piel.
Y con respecto a los exfoliantes, ya mencioné que no me gustan los físicos (los que tienen partículas que raspan la piel), sino que me inclino por los de tipo químico. Y utilizo uno muy famoso, el Peeling Solution de The Ordinary (mi eterno amor a esta marca💞) lo uso cada quince días o si siento que mi piel lo requiere (y si gustan más adelante podría hacer una reseña específica de este producto). Pero sí, un buen exfoliante te ayuda a eliminar profundamente las impurezas de tu piel, para que se restaure de manera adecuada.
I've learned that in skincare, sometimes less is more. And a simple routine can help a lot. Also, since my current mission is to maintain my skin as it is, I don't need a wide variety of products, the ones I use are enough. However, we should always pay close attention to the needs of our skin, and add products that are specifically needed.
That's why, from time to time, I like to give myself some extra love. With masks and exfoliants💕 For masks sometimes I like to prepare them with natural ingredients, like oatmeal or aloe vera (later I can show you) but I also like to buy them (yes, in farmatodo😂), after a hard and exhausting day it feels great to lie down for half an hour with a mask for your skin.
And regarding exfoliators, I already mentioned that I don't like the physical ones (the ones with particles that scrape the skin), I go for the chemical type. And I use a very famous one, The Ordinary's Peeling Solution (my eternal love to this brand💞), I use it every fortnight or if I feel my skin requires it (and if you like later I could do a specific review of this product). But yes, a good exfoliator helps you to deeply remove impurities from your skin, so that it is properly restored.

Amiga gracias por compartir tu rutina con todos, en particular me encanta leer este tipo de cosas porque el cuidado de la piel es algo que me tiene en los últimos meses atenta a los productos que pueden favorecer a mi tipo de piel y ahí he ido armando mi rutina.
Coincido contigo con el tema de los exfoliantes aunque no uso ninguno otro, solo cuando voy a la estética me da algo de miedito hacerme daño.
Todo el proceso de skincare es algo sumamente importante, que me apasiona, por eso me encanta compartirlo con todos 💖 El tema de los exfoliantes es muy amplio,me gustaría comentarlo más adelante, pero si se cumplen con todas las instrucciones de verdad traen bastante beneficios 😌
