What's the one thing people always misunderstand about you?

When I saw this topic, I just knew this particular question was for me because I have tried to tell some of them that it is just me, it is who I am and nothing.

The truth is I am very playful, I can play for Africa and many of my friends do know that about me but then, I could be reserved on some days if I don't have the vibes, and on those days, when I am quiet and all to myself people regard me as being angry, unhappy with whatever or whomever but that is the opposite. They said that I have a hard character.

Many people have never caught me in my other nature especially as I am quick to anger and reserved, they think I am always angry, though, and not nice but most times, I bring this other part of me to avoid unnecessary friendship and things or people that could be avoided.

So, one of those Sundays, we were moving in line for offerings although I wasn't dancing like many people but I was singing, only to get close to a particular man and he made a statement in my dialect "Who got you angry, why are you always angry, always laugh, no matter what your problems are." and I just smiled are him and walked away because I have always gotten such talk but then, I am tired of convincing them that if there is nothing in front of me to laugh at, I do not laugh.

The funny part is if I start laughing without a reason, I will be tagged as a mad person but then, I know if I could be tagged as an animal, then a dog would be the name given to me. I play so much that people can not detect my actual age because I play too much and everyone regardless of your age. I treat everyone the same way I would love to be treated, but then just a few people have not been opportune to find me in my vulnerable moment because I guard myself jealously.

Haha I guess we are opposite in this misunderstanding 😅 people don't take me serious when I'm angry. I smile too much to make them believe that I get angry too.

We cannot be in the same mood Ll the time and with everyone. People see things with their own eyes. Explaining things to everyone is tiresome so we need not explain them all the time.
