Degustación: ¿Es realmente crocante la hamburguesa Crispy? (ESP-ENG)

Hola mis amigos amantes de la cocina y de la deliciosa comida.

Es un gusto para mí poder estrenarme oficialmente en esta comunidad, tenía mucha tiempo querido postear algunas de mis experiencias con la comida aunque en mi casa quien tiene mejores habilidades para la cocina es mi esposo soy fans de hacer postres e ingeniar alguna variación para hacer una receta a mi estilo con sabores deliciosos.

Aunque bueno, la verdad es que esos momentos de inspiración no llegan todo el tiempo y me paso un rato del tiempo trabajando por lo que mi pasión ha sido comer cosas ricas, desde los platillos más saludables hasta los que definitivamente seguro algunos kilitos de más han sumado.

Así que este primer post lo dedicaré a comentarles sobre mi visita al restaurant Casa 7 y la degustación que realicé a la hamburguesa Crispy, otro dato importante que deben saber es que soy fans de las hamburguesas así que seré bastante objetiva al momento de compartir mis comentarios.

Al comer en restaurant, creo que de inmediato viene a mi mente que las porciones sean más pequeñas al menos para este tipo de platillos, así que cuando pedí mi hamburguesa no tenía grandes expectativas en cuando a la proporción del pan. Así que cuando llegó mi plato quedé sorprendida, la proporción era bastante buena, con 150gramos de pechuga de pollo y su respectiva pechuga, queso, tocineta, tomate y salsas especiales adicionales diría que se veía bastante sustancioso.

Ahora, con respecto a la presentación creo que el plato es muy grande y le faltó algún tipo de salsa que hiciera juego con lo delicioso que se veía el platillo en sí. Muy bien, la mejor parte todo esto fue sin dudas la degustación lo primero que hice fue dar una buena mordida sin salsas, solo las que incorporó el cheff, hay quienes prefieren usar algún tipo de cubierto, pero para mí no es la misma experiencia.

Al probar esa primera mordida, el sabor del pollo destacó por mucho estaba realmente crujiente por fuera y por dentro jugoso lo que hacía buena combinación con la tocineta y el queso amarillo se podía sentir como poco a poco se iban mezclando todos los sabores en la boca, luego quise probar las salsas y fui incorporando en lo que quedaba de mi hamburguesa y uffsss fue una bomba de sabores.

A veces hacen las falta las papas fritas para acompañar, pero esta hamburguesa tiene todos los honores por si sola.

Creo que sería todo lo que esperaría de una crispy, en sabor para mí es un 10/10 y aunque en la presentación para mí tendría un 5/10 no le quita para nada la buena sensación de sabores que me quedó luego de comerla por completo.

¿Quiero regresar? Por supuesto que sí, ¿Ustedes han probado alguna de estas? Me encantaría saberlo sobre todo si tuvieron esa sensación de súper crujiente.

La verdad, me encantó el lugar y la compañía de mi esposo quien además también pidió una hamburguesa Crispy así que pudimos compartir nuestras opiniones y también compartimos algunos pensamientos sobre tratar de replicar esa textura Crispy para las hamburguesas que nos gusta hacer en casa.

Hi my friends who love cooking and delicious food.

It is a pleasure for me to officially debut in this community, I had long wanted to post some of my experiences with food although in my house who has better cooking skills is my husband, I am a fan of making desserts and inventing some variation to make a recipe in my style with delicious flavors.

Although well, the truth is that those moments of inspiration do not come all the time and I spend some of my time working so my passion has been to eat delicious things, from the healthiest dishes to those that have definitely added some extra kilos.

So I will dedicate this first post to tell you about my visit to Casa 7 restaurant and the tasting I did to the Crispy burger, another important fact you should know is that I am a fan of burgers so I will be quite objective when sharing my comments.

When eating in a restaurant, I think it immediately comes to my mind that the portions are smaller at least for this kind of dishes, so when I ordered my burger I didn't have high expectations when it came to the proportion of the bun. So when my plate arrived I was surprised, the proportion was quite good, with 150 grams of chicken breast and its respective breast, cheese, bacon, tomato and additional special sauces I would say it looked quite substantial.

Now, regarding the presentation I think the dish is too big and lacked some kind of sauce to match the deliciousness of the dish itself. Very well, the best part of it all was undoubtedly the tasting, the first thing I did was to take a good bite without sauces, only those that the chef incorporated, there are those who prefer to use some kind of cutlery, but for me it is not the same experience.

When I tasted that first bite, the flavor of the chicken stood out by far, it was really crispy on the outside and juicy inside which made a good combination with the bacon and yellow cheese, you could feel how little by little all the flavors were mixing in your mouth, then I wanted to try the sauces and I was incorporating them in what was left of my burger and uffsss it was a flavor bomb.

Sometimes it lacks the fries to go with it, but this burger has all the honors on its own.

I think it would be everything I would expect from a crispy, in taste for me is a 10/10 and although in the presentation for me would have a 5/10 does not detract at all the good feeling of flavors that I was left after eating it completely.

Do I want to come back? Of course I do, have you tried any of these? I would love to know especially if you had that super crunchy feeling.

Truth be told, I loved the place and the company of my husband who also ordered a Crispy burger so we were able to share our opinions and also share some thoughts about trying to replicate that Crispy texture for the burgers we like to make at home.
