The human being experiences different situations every day of his life many of which cause a pressure that can cause an emotional discomfort called Stress that not only affects their emotions but also its internal impact is reflected in the health of the person.

Today we live in a congested world, full of controversy and challenges to solve however finding a balance in our lives is a challenge.

On this occasion I would like to present my participation to this week's theme:

✏️ My secret to relieve stress

Reflecting on the impacts of stress in my life and being honest about how I deal with it is a very interesting activity for me.

For a person like me who multifaceted with few hours of rest is quite familiar to me what it is to feel Stress, that feeling that comes into my life when I adapt to different stressful situations, work overload and my personal life, because Stress can be caused by several reasons.

The different situations that bother me, unforeseen events, bad news, those conflicts that lead me to have negative thoughts and make my emotions collapse all that feeling of Stress, accompanied by Anxiety, is not easy to handle, when you are not aware of your Emotions, you do not look at the resources you have to face the problems, because of that I have also experienced the ravages in my health because of not knowing how to handle Stress in many moments of my life.

Although most of us have an idea of what stress is, its types and possible methods to reduce its impact, it is also a reality that few of us apply that information.

Regarding my personal life, most of my work is done from home, there are days when I neglect myself, I let a lot of work accumulate, so my time is reduced, the truth is very exhausting because it not only involves taking care of my pending work , my work life gets involved with my home so everything becomes a real mess that causes me stress and headaches.

Since in those days I don't have to go out, I must start by reorganizing what it implies:

Organize my schedule
Distribute my work by days, without overloads
Seek extra help, delegate responsibilities.

These are some things that help me to have control, avoid stress
In my days of working from home, in addition to my life at home, keeping in mind my limitations, so I always have time for myself, if I don't do this well, everything gets complicated.

Not all the time I can go for a walk in times of stress, so what I do is leave my workspace and go directly to my room to take two hours of rest, during which time, which is generally every afternoon, I go to bed with my headphones and I listen to instrumental music, relaxation sounds, then in less than 15 minutes I am already fast asleep, that rest time is important.

On Sunday, which is my day off, I enjoy nature. For me, seeing a sunset, the clouds, those details that sometimes I don't detail during the week are special, I find a lot of inspiration and tranquility in those moments.

What always works for me is to write about what I feel in a post, in my personal diary, because I drain a lot of tension and then I feel better.

Generally we accumulate a lot of Stress because we block our Emotions and we don't look for that moment to drain them, cry if possible, give ourselves some time, we deny ourselves many things in moments of Stress.

Another important aspect in my life that has helped me a lot is watching a comedy, laughing out loud is necessary, sharing with friends, interacting with the family, for me these methods have been very beneficial.

Each person is unique, as are their experiences. Stress management can be possible for us when we recognize its presence, we begin to make small changes in our lives so that negative emotions and thoughts do not gain ground in our being.

Everything consists of being aware of ourselves, of our limitations, of how necessary it is to rest, take time for ourselves, value our health, apply our emotional intelligence, this order can be achieved, as long as we are aware of our reality.

Finding that balance is important, many loads decrease, it is true that not all of us can apply the same methods to manage stress, each one of us finds those tools that make him feel better about himself.

For me it was a pleasure to share with you my reflection on the theme of the week, I hope you like it.

One thing I have done to relieve stress is to eliminate as much negative from my life as possible. Negative people, actions, words etc. all lead to increased stress for me. So I look to add more positives to my life whenever and wherever I can.

Stress management is really a key to healthy living and we should all take it to heart and avoid stressing ourselves too Much.

You've gotten quite great ways to handle your own stress and especially the part of delegating functions is very nice to avoid us breaking down from work.
