Hi guys of this great community, I have 2 loves in the world of audio visual, one of them you may already know (if not, is the anime) and the other are about to meet him now in this post, although already with the name or cover image, you should have an idea of what I like and where I want to take you. Today is a different adventure, since it is about learning and understanding what is being done on the other side of the world for the greater good, let's go into this great chapter of this Documentary.

untitled.gif

First of all let's talk about the 2 great artists that present this show, one of them is the great Zac Efron, he is a great American actor who has made great movies like "High School Musical", "My Grandfather is a danger", "Guardians of the Bay", among many others that I could highlight, in this documentary is he who introduces us and takes us through all this adventure with another great person.

untitled.gif

Darin Olien, is a writer and promoter of superfoods, he is a person who has been taking his life to another level, a few years ago his house was totally incinerated with a forest fire in the USA, now he decided to make a super self-sustainable house, to continue promoting ecology and take his dreams further, it is important to note that he is a vegetarian and has to live certain experiences with Zac to die laughing (Zac is crazy, hahahaha).

In general aspects to start with the documentary, it was filmed in Australia (yes, the country of kangaroos), because when the filming was about to begin, Zac was trapped in that country because of the pandemic that we still live, as that country knew how to take preventive measures, the team and the production moved there, achieving this documentary.

image.png

At the beginning of everything, Zac together with the whole team makes a ritual linked to the natives of the locality, to ask permission to the spirits, as well as to purify them of any evil that may come from the pandemic. purify them of any evil or negative energy they may have brought with them. I have always valued this type of rituals of the aborigines, as they still keep their roots without being lost today, the way it is recorded, it makes you feel that sense of belonging and that we are with them living every moment.

image.png

Something that I liked a lot more was that they used a hybrid car, they are being as ecological as possible, to as they say "lower the carbon footprint" (something that we should all keep in mind every day). In this same car we went to a new experience, canyoning (just as there is hiking, I succeeded this hahahaha, it was weird when I heard it), seeing these landscapes that are little or nothing manipulated by man, make you see that it is possible to maintain intact ecosystems, to preserve the fauna and flora, following the balance that this planet offers us.

There is a part that caught my attention, since in a certain territory of Australia there is a grass called "kangaroo grass", it looks like a weed, although inside it keeps a seed that the natives used to make bread; it is sad, sometimes losing customs, one for evolution, others for comfort, for any of them if we can still maintain even a little tradition, it always adds a plus.

image.png

In the documentary they said that currently, in this country there are many organizations that are protecting much of the fauna, one of the examples is the koala, for me after the panda bear is one of the most tender animals, these marsupials sleep on average about 20 hours (can you imagine a human sleeping that amount of time ... I do not wish it to anyone), Australia also suffered a great forest fire, many thought that could be extinct a lot of animals, but thanks to all the people who today work to multiply the fauna, it did not happen that way.

image.png

Another animal they are protecting are the Tasmanian devils, another animal of the marsupial family (if you don't know what a marsupial is, they keep their offspring in a bag inside their belly after having begotten them), I like these animals, as they always seem to be annoyed by everything they scream (PS: they don't go around with the animations hahahahahahaha).

Conclusion

image.png

For me to see how there are people who are working for the good of the planet, makes me want to continue with my ecological mentality, besides if we think ahead and we want the next generations to see what we are seeing now, we must make a difference, from planting some trees, such as not generating so much non-biodegradable garbage, I know that starting is complicated, but building the earth being grateful is worth much more.

I definitely recommend this documentary, if you like Zac Efron, you will have a great time, this actor has many witticisms, the production and the approach it has, does not make it a boring or heavy documentary, it is quite the opposite, it makes you want to see everything as if it were a series, they are easy to digest that even children could see it without so many problems, so we can also make the smallest of the house have a better ecological awareness.

I wish you the best in the world, a Big Hug.

PD: you have to watch it, just to see Zac (hahahahahahaha) or to learn something new.

I didn't know anything about this documentary. I like documentaries, although I have seen little of this subject, I prefer documentaries about crimes. I'll look for it another day.
