What I Actually Use to Create My Designs (And How AI Changed My Workflow)

A lot of people ask me what tools I use to create my graphics, splash pages, banners, blog images, and social media content.

The answer usually surprises them.

It isn't just one tool.

I combine AI with design software, and each tool has its own job.

🎨 My Design Workflow

💡 Step 1 – Brainstorm with Google Gemini

Every project starts with an idea.

I ask Gemini to help me:

generate content ideas
organize my thoughts
improve headlines
write captions
brainstorm creative concepts
create image prompts

Sometimes I'll spend more time improving the prompt than creating the final design—and that's perfectly okay.

🖌️ Step 2 – Design in Canva

Once I have a clear direction, I move everything into Canva.

This is where I:

choose colors
arrange layouts
add icons
create infographics
design banners
polish every detail

Canva helps transform ideas into something visually engaging.

✨ Step 3 – Refine Everything

I rarely finish on the first attempt.

I keep adjusting:

spacing
colors
fonts
wording
composition

The small details often make the biggest difference.

📝 Prompts I Use Most

Here are some of my favorite prompt styles:

"Create five engaging post ideas about..."

"Write a friendly and inspiring caption."

"Create an infographic explaining..."

"Generate a modern image prompt with vibrant colors."
