Guess What I Found?! 😁…….My Actifit Report Card: August 31 2026
Happy Monday everyone!
Well- can you guess? I’ll reveal it here in a minute.
Mondays tend to find us soaking in the inflatable hot tub. This Monday was no different. The sun was shining and it was looking to be a beautiful day! A ‘fall-like’ day. 😎
Once done with the soak, I went to my computer loft to begin reading the Ladies of Hive weekly contest entries as it’s my turn to author the questions and judge the contest. Once I was caught up, I did a continuing education course for my optician’s license. I passed by the way, and then we headed to Lynden for a coffee and groceries and gas for the car.
As you can see, @silvertop was enjoying his latte and pumpkin loaf.
Just before we’d gotten in the car at home to leave, I encountered this little critter. She was very photogenic!
I eventually had to get in the car, and she ran down towards the creek to supposed safety.
Back to the story- so after coffee, we went across the road to Safeway. I found it! My first………
….pumpkin of the season! Actually, I got two because I just couldn’t help myself! I’ve been taking the back roads looking for that elusive farm stand for pumpkins, all to no avail.
So-in my book, besides all the color changes I see around and up on the mountain sides, it is now officially orange globe season and fall is fast on its heels! Nice! 😎👍🎃🌻
I will continue to scour the backroads looking for more pumpkins, but for now, I have my first fix! 🎃🎃🎃
