A Little Bit of a Walk

I wasn’t going to go for a walk today but after the rain had stopped, off we went. Unfortunately, there was still some dark clouds looming in the distance as we made our way over the fields.

There was still quite a few different species of fungi to be seen courtesy of the wet weather.

After a walk in the woods, we made our way to the local park. We spotted a heron on the pond. Even though, we've had rain, the ponds still haven't filled up properly.

Thankfully, the sun finally came out. To say we are fast approaching November, we are still having some lovely, mild days in between the showers.

It amazes me of how many items people lose while out walking. I could have a stall on the market to sell them on!

Returning back to the car we walked back through the village, only to be reminded it is halloween soon. Unless they'd had an unwanted visitor that is ...
