The beautiful Mandarin ducks.
The males have a beautiful plumage. The females are less muted in colour, but I still think they are pretty in an understated way.
This is my entry to the #SMaP Show Me A Photo Contest Round 158. The theme being, 'together'.
Obviously, these two aren't a proper couple, but the pigeon insisted on photo bombing the photos.
Again, there are lots of pigeons and doves mingling with the other birds. There's plenty of people visiting here, which means plenty of food about for everyone.
These two greylag geese were definitely together. You can easily spot them around parks, as they are frequent visitors.

Recently I have found a place with large swans and have been thinking of going there just to disturb the peace of those swans 🤣 (joke). I have seen Mandarin ducks before, they are quite beautiful...
Swans look so graceful but can be nasty buggers. Beware ... 😁
Yes I saw many videos and they can be rebellious... 🤣
The Mandarin ducks are really very beautiful. The colours of the male make him look super cool.
