Herring Gulls have a bad reputation for pinching food out of people's hands. They are also very noisy, especially the youngsters when they need feeding. They are like petulant teenagers. This one was behaving itself.
We spotted a gull that had its eye on the shopping bag on the floor. It is a common sight for gulls to go scavenging for food.
It started to aggressively peck and pull at the bag. I'm not sure if it managed to get in the bag.
It was having a damm good try though!

Same with our gulls, they can pinch your food, make big noise and rummage the bins.
You caught the bandit in action. 😄
