Good day wonderful ladies and gentlemen of this super community, Ladies of Hive. It's a rare privilege to be writing about self love, and as I dive into this topic I want you to relax as we dive into this journey together.

Loving Oneself or Self Love is a process or practice of appreciating one's self, failure, flaw and being kind in words and deeds, generous and showing care and concern to oneself. Self Care is a personal choice, and it involves some specific personal, physiological and medical routine to achieve self love.
This special routines are basic steps to start loving Oneself.

How can we begin to start loving Oneself?

The answer to this crucial question is not far fetched and will be discuss vividly in this discourse.

To start Loving Oneself, We must;

Embrace Self Acceptance;This is an act of loving who You are, your gender, race, colour, status, physique etc. Embrace your weaknesses and strengths.

Forgiving Oneself; This is an act of letting go of the past hurts, failure,resentment and ego. This will boost your self esteem.

Celebrate Milestone; Do not wait till crowd gathered to celebrate or appreciate you. Celebrate yourself.

Affirmed Positive Words;That's cultivate the habit of affirming positive words to yourself, i.e I am not a failure, I can make it, I am Beautiful etc.

Engage in activities that brings Joy; Given time to those thing you love to do e.g writing, watching football, cooking, tending to the needs of others etc

Set Healthy Boundaries; Be mindful of friends in your inner circle, don't allow friends, colleagues, people that downgrade you. Stay with people that will add value to you.

Practice Self Care; This involves given vibes to care to person well being e.g Sleep, eating balanced diet, going to vacation, relaxing, visiting relaxation or/and viewing centres.

All the above mentioned steps, if follow strictly will give birth to our better self. As we we embarked on the journey of self love, we should note that every steps taken is a victory. By embracing self love, we will unlock a deeper sense of happiness and fulfilment, therefore self love is worth fighting for, waiting for and diving into. So every steps taken is victory and worth it. Although, it is not a destination, rather a continuous process of growth, acceptance and compassion, Be gentle and be considerate with yourself, with time and patience you will cultivate a life that radiates love from within.
