Miércoles de voleibol mixto en la vecindad/ Coed Volleyball Wednesdays in the Neighborhood [versión Es-En]

Hola queridos Hivers, es miércoles de voleibol mixto. Como lo he reseñado en otras entradas, los equipos están integrados por amigos y vecinos de la comunidad donde vivo. Las clases de voleibol comenzaron este año con pocos participantes pero en cuestión de semanas ya hay suficientes jugadores para armar 3 equipos. Los participantes preguntan si pueden jugar otras horas o más veces por semanas. Es gratificante escuchar eso!

Mi comunidad es un pequeño pueblo de no más de 10 mil habitantes y con la emigración ahora somos menos, pero los que quedan son felices con pocas cosas aunque sueñan en grande! La mayoría no poseen las indumentarias deportivas necesarias para practicar, sin embargo se acercan a la cancha con confianza de divertirse, algunos juegan con sandalias, otros descalzos, pero le brindamos la oportunidad para que se involucren, sobretodo los joves que son tentados por los malos vicios.

Tengo toda mi vida aquí y he visto a muchos florecer a través del deporte, el bien debe triunfar sobre el mal, el deporte es vida y salud.

Hoy la partida estuvo pareja, la puntuación iba paralela, algunos estaban emocionados de mejorar el saque y la recepción. Tengo la esperanza de que pronto seguirán mejorando, ahora tenemos la idea que colocar luces en la cancha para tener más tiempo de poder practicar.

Hello dear Hivers, it's mixed volleyball Wednesday. As I have reviewed in other posts, the teams are made up of friends and neighbors from the community where I live. Volleyball classes began this year with few participants but in a matter of weeks there were enough players to make up 3 teams. Participants ask if they can play other hours or more times per week. It's gratifying to hear that!

My community is a small town of no more than 10 thousand inhabitants and with emigration there are now fewer of us, but those who remain are happy with few things although they dream big! The majority do not have the necessary sports clothing to practice, however they approach the field with confidence to have fun, some play with sandals, others barefoot, but we give them the opportunity to get involved, especially the young people who are tempted by the bad guys. vices.

I have been here all my life and I have seen many flourish through sport, good must triumph over evil, sport is life and health.
