ADOLESCENCE AND ITS CHANGES!

Todos los seres humanos pasamos por esta etapa de nuestras vidas llamada adolescencia. Puede ser fácil para algunos y difícil para otros, en mi caso es bastante confusa. Soy de ese tipo de persona dulce y amable pero cuando estoy molesta simplemente quiero alejarme de todo y todos para no decir cosas hirientes o cosas así. Conocí todo esto en esta etapa de mi vida, también aprendí a conocer mi cuerpo y a entender los cambios, para nadie es un secreto que esto incluye el cambio físico y hormonal, hasta nuestra manera de ver las cosas y tus gustos se acostumbran a la nueva etapa.

Siempre me ha gustado salir y divertirme, me parece bueno disfrutar de cada segundo que tenemos, pero ¿por qué debemos respetar las etapas? Pues, cuando somos niños nos gusta jugar con juguetes, al aire libre y así, en cambio, cuando estamos en la adolescencia llegan las hormonas el cual te llevan a hacer cosas que las activen. Las fiestas y las salidas con amigos se vuelven hábitos, además de haber cambios tanto sexuales como de personalidad. A diferencia de cuando llegan a la adultez existen millones de responsabilidades, que a algunos adolescentes empiezan a experimentar a temprana edad dependiendo de la vida que lleve.
Entonces, debemos respetar esos ciclos, porque al final cada cosa tiene su tiempo y espacio, si nos adelantamos corremos muchos riesgos y no crean, a mí me ha costado entenderlo pero sé por experiencia propia que es mejor disfrutar de las cosas sin presiones y a su tiempo.

All human beings go through this stage of our lives called adolescence. It can be easy for some and hard for others, in my case it is quite confusing. I'm that kind of sweet and kind person but when I'm upset I just want to get away from everything and everyone so I don't say hurtful things or things like that. I learned all this at this stage of my life, I also learned to know my body and to understand the changes, for no one is a secret that this includes physical and hormonal change, even our way of seeing things and your tastes get used to the new stage.

I have always liked to go out and have fun, I think it is good to enjoy every second we have, but why should we respect the stages? Well, when we are children we like to play with toys, outdoors and so on, on the other hand, when we are in adolescence come the hormones which lead you to do things that activate them. Parties and outings with friends become habits, in addition to sexual and personality changes. Unlike when they reach adulthood there are millions of responsibilities, which some teenagers begin to experience at an early age depending on the life they lead. 
So, we must respect those cycles, because in the end everything has its time and space, if we get ahead of ourselves we run many risks and do not believe, it has been hard for me to understand it but I know from my own experience that it is better to enjoy things without pressure and in their own time.

Me gusta escuchar música, siento que ahí encuentro paz y tranquilidad, es mi momento de descargar emociones y ser felíz. La ropa corta o muy escotada no es mi tipo, la verdad no me gusta. Prefiero cosas más elegante y sencillas pero atractivas. Adoro el maquillaje y me gusta muchísimo practicarlo, además de cantar y atormentar a mi mamá jajajaj pero esa, esa soy yo y no está mal saber quién eres, entenderte y aceptarte. Es bueno cuando te conoces y sabes lo que quieres, aunque sea difícil y lleve tiempo encontrarte a ti mismo, al final es satisfactorio sentirte amado por ti y que nadie pueda hacerte dudar que tú identidad.

La clave de todo es disfrutar cada segundo de nuestra vida, sintiéndonos amados por nosotros mismos y ver siempre la positividad en cualquier adversidad, soy así y aunque tenga días malos, siempre trato de tener una sonrisa y así hacerlo más divertido.

I like to listen to music, I feel that I find peace and tranquility there, it's my time to unload emotions and be happy. Short or very low-cut clothes are not my type, I really don't like them. I prefer things more elegant and simple but attractive. I love makeup and I love practicing it, besides singing and tormenting my mom hahahahahah but that, that's me and it's not bad to know who you are, to understand and accept yourself. It's good when you know yourself and know what you want, even if it's hard and takes time to find yourself, in the end it's satisfying to feel loved by you and that no one can make you doubt that you identity.

The key to everything is to enjoy every second of our life, feeling loved by ourselves and always see the positivity in any adversity, I am like that and even if I have bad days, I always try to have a smile and thus make it more fun.

Estamos en navidad y épocas familiares, eso me llena de nostalgia y agradecimiento con todo a mi alrededor. Soy felíz porque sé quién soy y lo que me gusta. Los invito a proponerse eso para este nuevo año, disfrutar, cambiar hábitos, cambiar de look y sonreír mucho, la vida es una sola y hay que disfrutarla. Por mi parte, les deseo ¡felíz navidad comunidad bonita!

We are in Christmas and family times, that fills me with nostalgia and gratitude with everything around me. I am happy because I know who I am and what I like. I invite you to propose that for this new year, enjoy, change habits, change your look and smile a lot, life is only one and you have to enjoy it.
