Regalo para mi niña [Esp/Eng]

Hola, ¿qué tal, amigos, cómo están? Por aquí todo muy bien, gracias a Dios, volviendo de unas largas vacaciones. Bueno, en realidad no eran vacaciones; estaba en los cierres finales de lo que era la universidad y necesitaba mucha concentración y, la verdad, ni siquiera tenía tiempo a veces para arreglar aunque sea el cuarto, así que, bueno, eso podrán imaginar lo ocupada que andaba con el trabajo y los estudios.

Well, actually, it wasn’t really a holiday; I was in the final stages of my university studies and needed to really focus, and to be honest, sometimes I didn’t even have time to tidy my room, so, well, you can imagine how busy I was with work and my studies.

Quería compartir con ustedes un momento bastante particular que a mí me gustó mucho porque desde hace días yo estaba diciendo que quería comprarle un regalo por el Día del Niño a mi niña y el hablo de mi niña porque así lo es para mí por un comercial de TikTok fui primero a mango bajito y la verdad es que sí hay muchas cositas económicas para perritos y los juguetes no pasan ni siquiera de 3 dólares todo súper barato, igual que los collares, pero yo quería un collar en específico, el cuarno encontré y no le compré collar si no que compramos una tacita para comer, y unas cositas para limpiarlas las uñas.

I wanted to share a rather special moment with you all that I really enjoyed, because for days I’d been saying I wanted to buy my little girl a Children’s Day present – and I say ‘my little girl’ because that’s what she is to me – after seeing a TikTok advert. I went to Mango Bajito first, and to be honest, there really are loads of affordable bits and bobs for little dogs there; the toys don’t even cost more than 3 dollars – everything’s super cheap, just like the collars, but I wanted a specific collar. I found it, but I didn’t buy her a collar; instead, we bought a little bowl for her food and some bits and pieces for trimming her nails.

Hubo una vez también que lo mostré, que en Rattan se conseguía esa ropita de perrito muy económica, así que salí corriendo para allá. Y resulta que sí encontré lo que buscaba porque yo andaba buscando una pijama, ya que Jade tiene muchos vestidos, y la conseguí, la cual me va a ayudar luego a yo también poder hacerle una pijama, y espero poder compartírsela.

Pero la impresión de la pijama fue mucho más fuerte, porque yo no pensé que ella podía reaccionar a colocarse feliz y literalmente, como si ella misma hubiera escogido su pijama, porque yo solo estaba revisando que fuera una talla que le pudiera quedar y ella misma estaba ladrando a las pijamas era como si ella misma estuviera eligiendo fue super divertido ¡Saludos!

There was also a time when I mentioned that you could get those really cheap little doggie outfits at Rattan, so I rushed straight over there. And it turns out I did find what I was looking for – I was on the hunt for some pyjamas, as Jade has loads of dresses – and I found them. This will help me make her a pair of pyjamas myself later on, and I hope to be able to share them with you.

But the reaction to the pyjamas was even more striking, because I didn’t think she’d react so happily when I put them on her – literally as if she’d chosen them herself. I was just checking that they were the right size for her, and she was barking at the pyjamas as if she were choosing them herself – it was so much fun! Best wishes!
