APRENDER EL ACTO DE IMPROVISACIÓN EN EL EMPRENDIMIENTO ••|||•• LEARN THE ACT OF IMPROVISATION IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP [ESP/ENG]

Mis humildes saludos a todos los emprendedores vibrantes de la casa. Estoy muy contento de que nuestra pequeña comunidad @beentreprenur esté creciendo para cubrir todos los aspectos del EMPRENDIMIENTO y, a diario, el contenido increíble, el conocimiento experimentado y adquirido por varios miembros de la comunidad en Varios campos de actividad son muy encomiables.

Bien, entonces repasemos lo que tengo sobre la mesa, sobre el acto de improvisar. He visto algunos de los cuellos de botella que experimentan los emprendedores durante las empresas emergentes, con grandes ideas, una visión asombrosa delineada, planes y perspectivas en marcha. Así que, literalmente, todo emprendedor quiere empezar en un lugar donde, en promedio, todo lo necesario para el negocio esté bien provisto.

Esto también es muy bueno para marcar todas las casillas antes de comenzar a funcionar, colocar todo en orden para no mezclar las cosas, pero la mayoría de las veces es posible que no tengamos el capital deseado y necesario para el negocio, lo que nos hará improvisar. O seguir trabajando para cumplir el objetivo de ahorro del capital.

Si se esfuerza por entrevistar a entre 1 y 10 aspirantes a empresarios, descubrirá que casi todos tienen quejas similares; el único obstáculo para hacer realidad ese sueño es la falta de capital suficiente, lo que ha llevado al abandono de muchos proyectos.

¿Qué significa IMPROVISAR?
Improvisar significa conformarse con lo que esté disponible para lo que quieras hacer, con o sin lo planeado previamente

Llevar este acto al espíritu empresarial significaría seguir adelante para poner en marcha esa iniciativa empresarial con o sin todo lo necesario, estar dispuesto a conformarnos con lo que esté disponible en el momento, pero haber sido lo suficientemente positivo como para aventurarse en la incertidumbre de ello, para siempre. Siga agregando a sus activos, equipos, maquinarias, accesorios, renovándose agregando más valor a las perspectivas comerciales para retratar el crecimiento positivo del negocio....

Actualmente, diría que mi jefa, la EMD donde trabajo, es la mujer de negocios más inteligente que he conocido, porque está constantemente innovando, cambiando toda la configuración del espacio de trabajo y el lobby, antes faltaban muchas cosas que hacían que el trabajo funcionara. Muy difícil, todo se hizo manualmente, todo se hizo al azar, pero en el lapso de seis meses, ella renovó todo el espacio de trabajo, trajo equipo pesado nuevo, como un horno gigante a gas/eléctrico de 5 pisos, una máquina industrial pesada. -una batidora de masa de servicio normal, una fresadora estándar para pastelería, una batidora de masa y una batidora de masa de tamaño mediano separadas para el departamento de pastelería, y no sólo porque ha organizado tan bien cada departamento que todo lo que se necesita se encuentra en un compartimento seguro. Y ella se asegura de que se proporcione todo lo necesario para facilitar el trabajo, atiende cualquier queja del personal con efecto inmediato, esto hace que me guste mucho su enfoque de los negocios, ella habla en serio y los negocios significan todo lo que pueda impulsarla. Ventas...

Acabamos de celebrar un primer aniversario hace unos meses, un negocio que comenzó desde cero con pocos equipos y maquinarias para la producción, HOY panadería TINARIES es un nombre muy conocido en toda la capital del estado y más allá, cada día está agregando valor para seguir Impulsar la imagen de la empresa, trabajar día y noche incansablemente para garantizar el crecimiento en todas las ramificaciones posibles.

Entonces, este es mi mensaje para todos los EMPRENDEDORES, si cualquier negocio o emprendimiento que estén impulsando está respaldado por su PASIÓN Y ENTUSIASMO, deben levantarse y comenzar con lo que tengan, conformarse con lo que esté disponible y, como Ya está, ahora será más fácil incorporar otras cosas al negocio, lo cual es una señal número uno de crecimiento en ese negocio.

Okay so let's throw-in what's on my table, about the act of improvising, I have seen this to me some of the bottle neck experienced by entrepreneurs during start ups, with great ideas, amazing vision lined out, plans and prospects in place, so literally every entrepreneur wants to start on the average were everything needed for the business is well provided,

This is also very good to get all your checked boxes ticked before going live, place everything in order so as not to mix things up, but most times we might not have the desired capital needed for the business, which will either cause us to improvise or continue working towards meeting the savings target for the capital.

If you go out of your way to interview 1 - 10 aspiring entrepreneurs you will find out almost every one of them have similar complain, the only hindrance to actualizing that dream is lack of sufficient capital, and this has led to abandonment of many projects.

What Does It Mean To IMPROVISE
To improvise means to make do with whatever is available for whatever you want to do, with or without what was afore planned

Bringing this act to entrepreneurship would mean going ahead to kick start that business initiative with or without all that is required, been willing to make do with whatever is available for the moment, however been positive enough to venture into the uncertainty of it, to always keep adding to your asset, equipment, machineries, accessories, reinnovating adding more value to the business outlook to portray the positive growth of the business....

Currently I would say my Boss the EMD of were I work is the smartest business lady I've ever known, because she is constantly innovating, changing the entire setting of the work space and the lobby, before now a lot was lacking which made work very difficult, everything was manualy done, everything was done haphazardly, but within the space of six months, she has so revamp the entire work space , brought in new heavy equipment such has a giant 5-deck gas/electric oven, an industrial heavy-duty dough mixer, a standard milling machine for pastry, a separate medium seized dough and pastry mixer for the pastry department, not just that she has so organized each department so well that all that is needed is provided in a secured compartment. And she ensures that whatever is needed to make working ease possible is provided, she attends to any complaints from staffs with immediate effect, this makes me so love her approach to business, she means business and business it means for every thing that would boost her sales...

We just celebrated One year Anniversary few months ago, a business that started from scratch with few equipment and machineries for production, TODAY TINARIES bakery is a household name in the whole of the state capital and beyond, every single day she is adding value to keep pushing the image of the company forward, working night and day tirelessly ensure growth in all ramifications possible

So this is my message to all ENTREPRENEURS, if whatever business or any venture you're pushing is backed up by your PASSION & ENTHUSIASM you should get up and start with whatever you have, make do with whatever is available and as you go it will now be easier to incorporate other things to the business which is a number one sign of growth in that business
