Government Caring For Citizens through Love
The subject on showing love just came to my mind this evening. Guess what happened, I travelled to another location, one of the northern states in Nigeria, Lafia, Nasarawa state precisely.
Guess what I realized? Young children who are expected to be in school but cannot afford it, they get involved in begging on the streets for survival. This points me to the reason why love is important. If the government had love for its citizens, such wouldn’t be in existence.
What is love?
Love is an affection expressed by our emotion towards others. There are different kinds of love but I want to emphasize on the love for humanity.
Do you know that there are people out there especially in interior villages and even in the city whom due to the fact of bad governance, they cannot afford even one meal to eat each day?
I was in shock, if you go to some of the northern state especially the one mentioned in above, you will find out that children who should be in school, learning and also planning on what to become in future are the ones begging to eat on the street. It is seen as a norm.
They usually walk in the street with plates, children between the ages of 5 – 15 years of age that am referring to. Now tell me, most of these children have a bright future and they don’t even have whom to take care of them.
The men go on to marry as much as more than four wives with no investment plan to take care of them. Getting them pregnant and also leaving the children to suffer with less or no care. The children sleep in the markets and also wake up the following morning moving up from place to place begging for survival.
It seems the elites living there are less concerned about it and they approve it for their population to be increased but when you come to think of it, what will be the future of these young children? What will be the effect of this?
The next is as they keep growing even to the age of 30 years, they will join a bandit team causing harvoc in the society which is very bad. They will be used as thugs by politicians whom some of them gets killed in the process.
Conclusion
In summary, I am opposing the governance of man because sometimes they don’t even care about fellow human beings, if the government is responsible, they will find out means of ensuring things are put in place especially free and compulsory education for those children with feeding attached because it will be difficult for those children if they don’t start now to learn about education, they may not be able to learn at old age which may lead them into doing something dangerous such as selling hard drugs, kidnapping and terrorism.
The government is responsible for producing such people then later on they go on to hold them responsible for their actions.
My question is, do you think the human government can find a way out to human problems? Do we need an automated system of government or do we need to invite superior beings, I don’t mean aliens but angels to take control of the world? It’s getting so alarming and out of hand.
