Hello everyone, I am happy to be here again for another week of Hive Open Mic. I'm @emmanuel50 This time, the theme is Clarity and the song I will be sharing is titled “Oshimiri Atata Yahweh.” I chose this song because its message connects with the theme in a way that is very personal to me.
“Oshimiri Atata” means a river that never runs dry. The song talks about drawing from the river of life, strength, and joy. For me, this gives a clear picture of who God is. Just like a river that never runs dry, God never runs out of strength, love, joy, or grace. No matter how much we receive from Him, He is still able to give us more. This song reminds me that I don't have to look everywhere for what my heart needs. When I need strength, I can go to God. When I need joy, I can go to Him. When I feel weak or confused, I can still draw from Him because He never runs dry.
The theme “Clarity” also made me think about knowing where my help truly comes from. Sometimes life can make things confusing, but this song brings my heart back to one simple truth: God is my source. That is one thing I have learned from this song. I really love the lyrics because they are simple and easy to sing, but they carry a strong message. I also enjoy the melody because it has a joyful and flowing sound that makes me want to sing along. Every time I sing it, I feel refreshed and encouraged.
I chose this song because it reminds me of God's endless supply and helps me keep my focus on Him. My prayer is that as you listen, you will also be reminded that God's river never runs dry, and we can always draw from Him.
