De cierta manera, en mi caso, siempre lo olvido; y analizando bien las cosas, constantemente estoy viviendo en el pasado o en el futuro pero casi nunca en el presente; es por eso que los últimos días me he estado haciendo esa pregunta. ¿ realmente estoy viviendo el aquí y el ahora?.

He llegado a la conclusión de que no; me preocupa mi futuro, y constantemente pienso en que será de mi, en que quiero que el tiempo pase rápido, para terminar lo que estoy haciendo y comenzar nuevas metas. Me he dado cuenta que la mayoría de las personas hacemos esto durante toda nuestra vida, y sin darnos cuenta así se nos pasa la vida; deseando estar en otro lugar o pensando en que pasará o en lo que pasó; y esto realmente no es vivir.
