Well this post isn't exactly planned to be a structured one like I usually do. However, as more points pop into my head I won't fail to highlight them.

2021 has come and is able to enter the books of History. The year left with it a lot of lessons, ups and downs and memories that will perhaps last a lifetime.

One of the more memorable highlights of my 2021 has been my improved participation on the Hive chain generally. I decided to put in more effort, and it turned out to be a greatly rewarding venture.

For Hive, the central themes we all abide by are consistency and delayed gratification. Hive is like a simulation of the physical World, with our accounts as virtual representations of our very selves. This time though, we get to measure the growth from the efforts we put in.

There's a lot to be grateful for about the Hive chain. Of course the rewards are there and ever present. My improved participation came with an unexpected increase in rewards generally and a new audience.

I've been blessed with people who support me regardless of what I choose to write about, and I don't take it for granted. Special thanks to @abbak7 who's my oldest and most consistent supporter. Also big thanks to @tarazkp, @edicted, @toofasteddie, @cryptoandcoffee, and the @familyprotection community under the able guidance of Linda. Thank you lovely @Tezmel, and I hope we have better stories to tell in 2022.

What's Next

Well, 2022 is approaching with whirlwind like speed. I don't have much by way of a resolution but sticking to my Hive fundamentals and deepening participation on the entire chain are my central focus. 2022 might not be the year I make a fortune from crypto, but perhaps it is the year I finally figure out how to go about creating such life changing fortunes.

I do hope at the end of next year I'll have even more exciting tales to tell, and a lot more to be grateful for.
