This wasn't what I wanted to talk about but am just coming off an interesting conversation with my cousin. We talked about everything from work to family, personal development and community as a whole.

I really do love hearing her talk about her work in public health and she certainly has grown as a person in part to her career. This she attributes to God, dogged determination to succeed as well as a willingness to believe in the process necessary for what growth entails.

The first attribute might not be relatable to everyone. Not all of us believe in a higher power, or God. It is for this reason I won't dwell on it too much as many have managed to get by just fine without this. What I would say though, is that a general faith in something is required for success to occur, especially one that brings about satisfaction.

The attribute of dogged determination is a lot more relatable. There hasn't been anyone that didn't make progress at something they set their minds to and were able to give their heart and soul. No matter how difficult the challenge appears, it seems noticeable progress can always be made by virtue of determination.

When I started blogging on Hive consistently, I had writing fears. I just couldn't imagine how I'd manage to publish decent articles daily while maintaining a standard. Even coming up with topics felt like a concern. Yet here I am several months in and the inspiration hasn't dried up.

In all this though, there is a process. She spoke about challenges faced in her office entering her new job as well as embarrassing moments that brought her to tears while getting the hang of things. She came to the realization after a while that it was all part of the growing process.

Not only that, but it was also a necessary part for progress to occur. Yes, it is unpleasant, but it brings about a certain kind of satisfaction that cannot be overlooked.

There is a process involved in making wealth, especially with crypto. Not many are willing to admit that or be partakers. However, it is the Willingness to accept this that ultimately determines what kind of results one will get.

Conclusion

Let's not be so much in a hurry that we fail to see what is in front of us. There are steps involved in wealth creation and transformation, and they are clearly spelled out for those who are willing to run with them.
