The things am grateful for this year.

Greetings everyone and welcome to my blog, today I will be writing about what am grateful for, when I saw the topic on the hive reachout weekly prompt I stopped for a while and thought so hard about the things am grateful for and I realized am grateful to God For health and my parents too.

Every single day I hear of people's death, and when I want to make enquiry to know the cause of their death you hear things like he was complaining of headache and he went in to relax and that was how he died, while some die instantly from an accident, some people die just after complaining of leg pain, some even sleep and that was all for them, some die from stomach aches after being rushed to the hospital, some people are just walking on the road and they slumped and die kaii God.

I remember when I visited a friend in the hospital just last month and omo what I saw in her ward my body became shaky, You will be seeing people with different kind of sickness, I can go on and on. But on the other hand I go out almost everyday climbing different bikes and also entering different keke and the lord takes charge of the road for me, I sleep and I wake up sound and heathy, I have headache and Panadol was enough for me to be fine and sometimes I don't even take drugs and I still get better.

I am not in the hospital fighting for my life and I begin to wonder how he loves me so much, some days I forget to pray he still shows up for me, how he saves me from every challenges that comes my way is magical and overwhelming, sometimes when I see people in terrible condition,I cry and say thank you Jesus for your mercies, it not not because I am righteous neither am I holy, but your mercies keep preserving me and giving me many chances and reasons to know that you are the king of Kings and Lord of lords.

One of biggest things am grateful to God for is the restoration of my mother's health, we all lost hopes and thought she was going to leave us but God intervened and proved himself mighty in her life.
Few years back my brother was diagnosed of hapatitis all efforts to get him cured proved abortive but to God be the glory today he is okay and he eats anything he wants to eat.
Another thing I am grateful for today is the gift of my parents, God in my next world I will still choose them, the sacrifices they make for me is second to none.

I am grateful for them because I have come this far and becoming the woman I am today all because of them, thanks to them. I could remember when my mum was so sick and we were in serious need of money for her treatment and this woman was busy on her sick bed think of how I will get a new phone, omo I was so shocked and I told her mummy you see phone, it is a material thing and if I get a phone and anything happens to you today I will not forgive myself whenever I look at the phone.

Then I told her mummy please don't think again your health is more important to me than anything in this world right now. My mummy is my role model, and all my life I have been praying to God to marry a man just like my daddy, a man who is ready to sacrifice for the happiness of his children and his wife omo it's everything and more and also I pray to God to be a good mother just like my mummy.
GOD IS GREAT INDEED.
