I Have seen some women suffer from serious menstrual cramps while other women are doing just fine. I believe it will be appropriate to grant women holidays during the first few days of their menstrual periods because having to work while feeling so much discomfort is definitely not pleasant.

Yeah, most women do not experience period cramps. It will be nice if such women are given breaks to tend to their discomfort as you say. Thank you for reading.
