INGREDIENTES:
  • 2 tazas de harina de trigo leudante
  • 3 huevos
  • 20 gr de chocolate en polvo
  • 20 gr de maní
  • 25 gr de avena en hojuelas
  • 1 taza de azúcar
  • 125 gr de mantequilla
  • 30 gr de leche en polvo
  • 1 cucharada de vainilla
  • 1 cucharada de soda

Lo primero que haremos es tamizar los ingredientes sólidos, como la harina de trigo, la leche, el azúcar, la soda, el chocolate y agregamos la avena en hojuelas.
