El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes esta increíble bebida que estoy segura que les encantará y se refrescarán.
Se trata de un carato de parchita, y para ello, utilizaré los siguientes ingredientes:
- 2 parchitas o maracuyás
- 25 gr de azúcar

It is a carato de parchita, and for it, I will use the following ingredients:

Para esta bebida vamos a lavar las maracuyás o parchitas, y las vamos a cortar por la mitad, separando la parte de adentro de la fruta que es ácida y la separaremos de la concha.
Y la concha la vamos a poner a hervir junto con una taza de agua, hasta que este se torne como translúcida y blanda.
For this drink we will wash the passion fruit or parchitas, and we will cut them in half, separating the inside of the fruit that is acidic and we will separate it from the shell.
And the shell we are going to put it to boil with a cup of water, until it becomes translucent and soft.
Luego, que esté reposada, vamos a licuar las conchas hervidas junto con el relleno ácido de las maracuyás o parchitas y el azúcar. Podemos agregar hielos y luego colamos para obtener nuestra deliciosa bebida.
