Ayer mientras pasaba los canales de tv, encontré una de mis películas favoritas de Disney "Ratatouille", y tuve la idea de recrear ese platillo. Y hoy, te dejo acá un fácil tutorial para que también puedas hacerlo.
El Ratatouille es un platillo francés a base de vegetales y salsa de tomate, el cual se puede acompañar con pescado o arroz, o bien, comerlo solo.
Ingredientes:
- 4 tomates
- 1 berenjena mediana
- 1 calabacín
- Cebollín
- Ajíes dulces
- 1 Pimentón
- Ajo
- Sal
- Pimienta
- Aceite de oliva
- Aceite vegetal

Yesterday while flipping through the tv channels, I found one of my favorite Disney movies "Ratatouille", and I had the idea to recreate that dish. And today, I leave you here an easy tutorial so you can do it too.
Ratatouille is a French dish based on vegetables and tomato sauce, which can be served with fish or rice, or eaten alone.
Ingredients:
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 medium eggplant
- 1 zucchini
- Chives
- Sweet peppers
- 1 paprika
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- Vegetable oil
Lo primero que haremos será colocar dos de los tomates a sancichar por 5 minutos y picar finamente el cebollín, la cebolla, los ajíes y el pimentón.
The first thing we will do is place two of the tomatoes to sancichar for 5 minutes and finely chop the scallion, onion, chili peppers and paprika.
Luego, en un sartén plano, así como el de la foto, agregaremos un poco de aceite y a fuego bajo, agregaremos el guiso para sofreirlo.
Then, in a flat frying pan, like the one in the photo, add a little oil and over low heat, add the stew to sauté it.
Pasados los 5 minutos, retiraremos del fuego los tomates y los vamos a licuar con un poco de su misma agua. Y pasaremos este licuado por un colador incorporándolo al sofrito.
After 5 minutes, remove the tomatoes from the heat and blend them with a little of the same water. And we will pass this liquefied by a strainer incorporating it to the sofrito.
Mientras la salsa de tomate se cocina, agregamos una pizca de sal y pimienta, y procedemos a picar en rodajas la berenjena, el calabacín y el tomate y lo iremos colocando en espiral encima de la salsa de tomate.
While the tomato sauce is cooking, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and proceed to slice the eggplant, zucchini and tomato and place them in a spiral on top of the tomato sauce.
Nos debe quedar algo así, y luego, dejamos cocinar a fuego lento durante unos 15 minutos hasta que ablanden los vegetales y absorban los sabores.
