Hoy les traigo una deliciosa y fácil preparación, se trata de una ensalada de gallina que acá en Venezuela se utiliza como parte de la cena navideña, es una receta fácil y rápida.

Ingredientes:

  • 1 pechuga de gallina
  • Zanahorias
  • Papas
  • Huevos
  • 1/2 taza de mayonesa
  • Sal

Lo primero que hice fue picar la gallina para separar la pechuga, y esta pechuga la vamos a colocar a sancochar en agua salada.

Mientras que pelamos las papas y las zanahorias, para colocarlas a sancochar junto con los huevos en otra olla con agua.

Cuando la pechuga esté bien sancochada la retiramos del agua para que repose y la vamos a desmenuzar.

Finalmente, retiramos también los vegetales y huevos del fuego, y cuando estén reposados los picaremos en cuadritos.

Se une todo muy bien, y agregamos la mayonesa.

When the breast is well cooked, remove it from the water to let it rest and shred it.
