Adversities are weak if we have calm from within
Every day before going out I evaluate my inner self, I internalize what I have planned to do in the day to have a clear vision of what can come to me, I consult with my inner self all the possibilities to consider in my work, and this has given me the possibility to calm my inner self.
With my inner calm I feel how any adversity that may arise loses strength, bounces and disappears, it is a matter of daily constancy, we have to make the difficulties part of the landscape, we see them, we analyze them, we learn and we leave them behind.
Calming my inner self was a daily task, I compared the days that I did not internalize the tasks I had pending, with those days that I did, and I realized the benefits I had when I managed to internalize my tasks, I felt that I was going with an established plan and with several approaches, this led me to encourage myself to do it every day, so far it has been the best experience I've had.
It is difficult to overcome adversities without first reassuring our inner self, it is a task that we all have to do, and I personally recommend it, it is a feeling of confidence injection backed by our inseparable inner self, and for being inseparable we have to count on its support at all times.
We can disagree with someone every day and continue with our routines normally, however, to disagree with our inner self daily would not be good, and we would live in constant conflict with ourselves, it is better and convenient to keep calm our inner self, and you will notice the benefits obtained.
