White to play and win

We continue with a series of double-edged puzzles where active defense is needed. White wants to win, but things to outbursts rarely work (in which case it is largely due to the psychological component of this game). Stop and think objectively and weigh the situation. Can Qc5 be played? How about capturing the invading bishop? That could alleviate the defensive work. These are candidate moves. Your job is to answer the questions and keep looking for other candidate moves. You may find something better.
