Avanzando en el freestyle [ESP|ING]
Saludos amigos de Hive y atletas de #SWC, hoy les muestro un poco de mi avance en el freestyle.
La verdad siento que mis giros mejoraron mucho, pero el dolor de mis manos no me permitió hacer por tanto tiempo trucos. Y luego de esto me fui a mi hogar y practique, otros ejercicios: Como Handstand, straddle e intentos de full planche.
Me gusta esto que el clima este frío y se sienta agradable, pero mis manos no pudieron más, hoy descansaré y mañana vamos con todo.

Greetings friends of Hive and #SWC athletes, today I show you a little bit of my progress in freestyle.
The truth I feel that my spins improved a lot, but the pain in my hands didn't allow me to do tricks for so long. And after that I went home and practiced other exercises: Handstand, straddle and full planche attempts.
I like that the weather is cold and it feels nice, but my hands couldn't take it anymore, today I will rest and tomorrow we will go all out.
This is my fourth post for the #FortisChallenge.
