Hola comunidad #SWC, el día de hoy realicé una práctica de freestyle, básicos y estáticos aquí les muestro unas fotos de cómo fue mi entrenamiento y cómo va mi progreso.

Estuve realizando algunos ejercicios de jale y empuje, para mejorar mis dinámicos cómo estáticos.

Este día mis compañeros de entrenamiento al igual que yo estaban muy motivados y me ayudaron a corregir algunos errores que tenía en mis trucos y en mis estáticos.

Este fue un día al cual nos exigimos mucho y es bueno para nuestro entrenamiento de día a día Gracias por ver mi Post, nos vemos en el siguiente post❤️.

Hello #SWC community, today I did a freestyle, basic and static practice, here I show you some photos of how my training was and how my progress is going.

I was doing some pulling and pushing exercises to improve my dynamic and static skills.

This day my training partners, like me, were very motivated and helped me correct some mistakes I had in my tricks and in my statics.
