Mi Rutina de Straddle [ESP|ENG]
Hola comunidad #SWC, El día de hoy estuve realizando una rutina de straddle planche, en las siguientes fotos les estaré mostrando los ejercicios que hice y les diré la rutina en este post.
Para calentar, empezamos haciendo 4 series de aguante en lean lanche de 30 Segundos, luego de esto, vamos a hacer 2 series push ups en lean planche de 10 repeticiones casa serie. Luego, hacemos aguantes en straddle planche hasta el fallo y para terminar negativas en straddle 3 repeticiones controlando la bajada.
La verdad es una excelente rutina que te exige mucho pero esto es bueno para mejorar y poder llegar a mi sueño que es tener la full planche.

Hello #SWC community, today I was doing a straddle planche routine, in the following pictures I will be showing you the exercises I did and I will tell you the routine in this post.
To warm up, we start by doing 4 sets of hold in lean planche of 30 Seconds, after that, we are going to do 2 sets of push ups in lean planche of 10 reps each set. Then, we do straddle planche holds until failure and to finish straddle refusals 3 reps controlling the descent.
The truth is an excellent routine that demands a lot but this is good to improve and to reach my dream which is to have the full planche.
