Las guayabas y las zanahorias son una frutas y vegetales muy deliciosas y nutritivas. También son medicinal para el organismo de las personas. Es importante tenerlas siempre en la dieta diaria combinada con otras frutas o hortalizas es una bebida con muchas propiedades curativas. Es lo mejor para hidratar y aumentar las defensas del cuerpo humano y también el jugo de zanahoria nos da ese color bronceado de solo tomarlo y el zumo también aplicándose sobre la piel también es muy efectivo. Está bebida de guayaba y zanahorias es muy buena para mantener los niveles altos de la hemoglobina acompañada con otras frutas también combina bien y es agradable al sabor del paladar.
