Review about Coffee Roaster Ccs coffee shop

Hello dear friends, a big greeting to those of you who accompany me every week on my tours through the world of coffee.

This time I will take you to know a new coffee shop that was installed in a shopping center in the city where I live, Caracas, its name is Coffee Roads, this coffee is particularly special, because it is totally organic and is processed by the same family that grows it, they told me that the coffee is originally brought from the mountains of the state of Táchira Venezuela, grown at an altitude that is over 1000 meters and in a very cold environment, they bring the coffee pre-dried in sacks, and once hulled in Caracas they process it, roast it and pack it, in the same store you can buy the product already made, roasted and vacuum packed, or you can buy them ground in powder.

In this opportunity, I preferred to try directly in the coffee shop, a well-known variety which is the classic Frappuccino, but they give it their gourmet touch, which I liked, plus the atmosphere is spectacular, it has a large window in the background from which you can see the Avila mountain which gives a very nice scenic view to the experience of enjoying this great coffee.

Here I show you the classic Frappuccino, which as you know is the preparation of vanilla ice cream mixed with ice and very strong espresso coffee, which gives it an excellent aromatic touch. I can tell you that my experience with this coffee is one of the best I have had, even though I have tried many classic Frappuccinos, I must say that the one from this coffee shop is one of the ones I have liked the most, because of the smoky touch that is felt in the coffee, the flavor is really special, I could say that it is unmatched, I imagine it has to do with the artisan roasting process they do and the preparation as such is extremely refined and excellent, so I highly recommend it, it is a strong coffee as I like it, it has a body, the aroma is electrifying, it is a unique experience that awakens your senses.

As for the layout of the place it is also magnificent, it has that old-style touch, it is set among wood, rustic bricks, and coffee sacks that are like ornaments, the bar is completely polished wood and the staff in their uniform resembles that of a coffee shop in the 1800s, a time when Caracas was just beginning to develop the first coffee shops and commercial establishments.

That gives a special incentive to the tasting of the drink, besides the service is very good, the people are extremely friendly, affectionate and make you feel at home, it was a great experience, also, being surrounded by nature, although in a space with air conditioning, by the large windows that have the place feels different and allow you to observe from both sides the green and vegetable landscape environment that surrounds it, no doubt everything that has to do with plants brings great visual quality to the experience of consuming coffee at this site.

The establishment also has a variety of desserts available that are made by them, some of these sweets are based on old recipes using coffee and sugar cane syrup, which I found quite interesting. However, due to money issues, in this opportunity, I only had the Frappuccino, which cost $5, which is quite a high price to pay in the economy of my country, but I promise that later I will return to make a new review of the part that has to do with desserts and sweets, surely I will select one that has a classic recipe of the Venezuelan colonial era of cakes or sweets that use coffee as the main ingredient.

Well, dear friends, I tell you that this tour was wonderful, and I enjoyed very much this cold coffee and the experience of being in this new place, I highly recommend and invite friends from Venezuela, Caracas, to visit it because they will be delighted with the coffee in this place.
