I hope you are enjoying a great day, accompanied by a rich cup of creamy coffee, those who know me on Hive, know that despite my young age and thanks to this wonderful community I have learned a lot about how to find and enjoy a good coffee, so, whenever I have the opportunity, especially on Fridays, my parents make an economic effort allocating some family budget to please me and take me to visit different coffee shops in the city where I live, Caracas, Venezuela, which I present through reviews that are improving every day.

There are already many places that I have visited and the brands of coffee that I have tried buying in several supermarkets, there is even one in particular, where the manager has become a good friend of ours and every time he receives a new presentation he invites me to get to know it. That is how little by little I refined my taste for the good coffee bean, learning which are the ideal blends and those that give joy to my life and excitement to my palate.

In those adventures around the city, quite some time ago I tasted a selection of Italian beans from the brand Vero Café, which is especially strong, tasty, and with a smoky tone that gives it an outstanding touch in flavor and aroma.

Recently, I found out that they opened a coffee shop in an exclusive shopping mall that is very new and just has its first stage of operation, it caught my attention, because they offered some very traditional characteristics of Italy in their local Vero Caffe Bar, because they not only prepare hot drinks but also cocktails based on coffee, from their menu something I liked a lot and attracted me directly to them making it irresistible to visit them, I am talking about a cappuccino coffee prepared directly in a cup of cookies.

Undoubtedly it is something very new in these parts of the world, a coffee cup made with the same cookie as the ice cream cones are quite innovative and well worth trying, it also has attributes that add importance, and is that the brand that supports it, a determining factor in my choice is the preparation by experts with traditional techniques of the old world, a challenge to my palate that I can not pass up, especially because I had already tasted the packaged version of that strong and smoky grain, which left me a unique flavor that lingers in my memories.

The ambiance of the place is great, located in a gigantic natural gazebo where it is the only coffee shop and surrounded by many food services. At first glance you can see the high quality with which each order is prepared in the place, the people who attend are very friendly and gave me a talk about the different coffee beans they offer.

They work mainly with 4 types of Arabica coffee from different regions, some are from Colombia, others from Central America, one variety is from Venezuela from the Andean zone, and the last one that was my choice, the famous Italian black coffee of dry roasting, this is the strongest of all, and it is also the ideal base to obtain the true flavor that a cappuccino should have.

The preparation is an art in the kitchen, they allowed me to see the process step by step while I enjoyed a deliciously sweet cookie that they gave me, they also gave me samples of each of the beans to keep as a souvenir of my visit to this magnificent place, surrounded by the sound of birds and nature that was the perfect companion to taste this delicious cup of coffee.

Now let's talk about the cappuccino coffee, undoubtedly the best I have ever tasted in my life, the cup made with cookies is magnificent and when combined with this coffee of dark tone, great body, flavor, and unbeatable aroma makes a perfect combination.

The milk used to prepare the coffee is not the normal milk that we can buy in the grocery store, this is high in cream and is provided by an exclusive distributor that only sells the product to certain coffee shops and restaurants.

Finally, the whipped cream that they put on top is a special decoration that gives it that sweet touch, so rich, combined with the magic of a good coffee, I assure you that in the tranquility of these spaces, I almost felt transported on a trip straight to Italy.
